I wake up in the morning and have the best of intentions, but as the day goes on, I slip. Mostly because of my job. I go to work and end up getting held over. Not that I mind but I don't bring a lunch, and the only place to eat in enough time is a pretzle/hot dog stand! No healthy food there! I wanted to give myself a true start date so that I could enjoy all my favorite, high fat, totally bad for me foods. The thing is every time I had the opportunity to buy fast food, i turned it down. Everytime I went for something bad in the fridge all I could think about was the calories. So I didn't "pig out" like I planned to. Oh well, it makes it easier to start fresh.
