My back has really done it to me once again, and during the holidays no less. I really need to be sticking to my diet since I can barely walk. This is going to make things really hard. I am incredibly bummed out. Got my unlimited hot yoga pass and will start running as well before or after my yoga sessions. I know thats some water weight too but I'm so impressed with this diet so far. Good look to everyone in their journey. I don't know if I could take another fail. I'm so motivated for a week at a time and then it's done and I'm faced with starting over. All positive thoughts. I am planning to do a 5k running program three times a week and hot yoga two to four times a week. I am used to a lot of physical activity I just need to get my eating in check.
