Unfortunately, I weighed in and here are my results:

1-21-13: 135 pounds
1-28-13: 138.5 pounds.

Ugh. Well, it's a new week so I'm definitely going to keep working. I'm just happy I'm out of the 140s! Mon, 28 Jan 2013 07:44:02 EST Days 31-40: I'm back! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5218791 Hey everyone,

I've haven't been on for awhile because of school. However, I'm very happy to report that I've lost five pounds! Only 25 to go! Hope you're all having a good week! Tue, 22 Jan 2013 14:46:00 EST Days 29-30: One Month! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5203962 Hey everyone,

I'd really like to thank all of the SparkFriends I've made over the past month. I really appreciate all of the help and support all of you give me each day. Unfortunately, I have still not weighed in because my scale is at school, so I'll wait until next week. I really hope I see a five pound loss. On the bright side, my size eight pants are feeling a little bigger! Doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred really helped with this and I'm not even done with the program ye... Sat, 12 Jan 2013 17:49:27 EST Days 27-28: Almost Done with 30 Day Shred! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5201409 Hey everyone,

I can't believe I'm six days away from being finished with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! I never even thought I would make it to Level Three. Usually when I begin a workout series, I quit a week in or halfway through. I never actually finish the whole thing. I can't wait to finally weigh in once I'm finished with it. I really hope I lost at least five pounds and some inches. Honestly though, I've noticed an extreme change in my fitness level. A few days ago, I helpe... Thu, 10 Jan 2013 23:39:08 EST Days 23-26: First yoga class! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5197970 Hey everyone,
Sunday night I went to my first yoga class. It was fantastic! It was just a beginner class, but I felt like I could do more. We began doing poses that were totally necessary to learn, such as child's pose. Then, we moved into learning Sun Salutations. After that we did twists, backbends, and standing poses. Lastly, and the best part, was the relaxation portion where the lights were dimmed even more and we stayed in Shavasana and listened to soft music. It was amazing! I'll... Tue, 8 Jan 2013 23:37:47 EST Day 22: Ughh http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5190564 Hey everyone,

I weighed myself today at a family member's house because she had a scale. I'm STILL in the 140's?!?! I haven't lost ANYTHING in the past 22 days?? I just want to cry. It's not fair. I've been working out for a consistent 19 days. I've been eating lots of protein and attempting to stay within my calorie range. Ugh. I just hate how weight loss comes so easy to people! Fri, 4 Jan 2013 19:57:28 EST Day 21: horrible workout day! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5187803 Hey everyone,

Have you ever just had a bad workout day? Well, I did today. I'm currently on Day 18 on Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and I guess my body just didn't want to workout today. I kept getting bored and doing all of the modifications. I didn't even finish the video! By the time I got to circuit three, I decided I was done. It's not like I gave up. It's just that I got kinda bored. Maybe I'll finish it later in the day, but right now, I just want to go back to school an... Thu, 3 Jan 2013 09:33:13 EST Day 19: Happy New Year! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5185075 I seriously encourage everyone to watch this video. She's so inspirational!

www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gR4hHRaTHE&
list=UU9TreTE-iXwfwQl72DzDurA&index=1
Tue, 1 Jan 2013 23:07:06 EST Day 18: Can't wait for 2013! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5182725 Hey everyone,
I really can't wait for 2013. I can't wait to finally get to 110-115 pounds. I can't wait to hopefully get to a size three or five. And I definitely can't wait to feel better about my life and overall appearance. This year, I've made the following resolutions:
1. Walk or jog in a 5K (or longer) race every month
2. Get to 115-110 pounds and maintain it.
3. Continue using SparkPeople throughout the entire year.
4. Get to size three or five jeans.
... I can't wait to be halfway done tomorrow! I'm not sure if I've lost any weight from it because my scale is at school and I won't get it until the 14th. My hope is that I'll have lost five pounds by the time school starts. My jeans are fitting somewhat more comfortable. I'm hoping to fit perfectly into my size seven jeans by the time I get back to school. I also promised myself that once I reach 135 pounds, I'... Sun, 30 Dec 2012 21:40:48 EST Days 14-15: Focusing on Portion Control http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5179381 Hey everyone,

I'm offically out of the Fast Break Stage and moved on to Stage Two of the SparkDiet! During the past two weeks, I've been putting a lot of focus on exercise - which is great - but now, I'm going to work on what I put into my body. I know I can't just workout, then eat an entire pizza and expect to feel fine and lose weight. Therefore, I'm going to really work on my portion control. I had a big lunch today, so at dinner, I decided to only have one serving of homemade... Fri, 28 Dec 2012 23:21:34 EST Days 11-13: Level One of 30 Day Shred Complete! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5177010 Hey everyone,
So I finally completed 10 days of the 30 Day Shred! I'm onto Level Two tomorrow, and I'm a little nervous - it looks pretty hard, but I know it'll help me with my goals, so I'm just going to have to push through it.

I hope all of you had a lovely Christmas! Wed, 26 Dec 2012 19:50:33 EST Day 10: Not the Best Eating Day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5174795 Hey everyone,
I didn't really eat well today. I had A LOT of hershey kisses and a lot of cookies. I'm not lettting this ruin me though. I think the reason I ate poorly today was because I skipped breakfast - yeah, I shouldn't have done that.

On the bright side, Level One of the 30 Day Shred is getting easier! I'm completed Day Seven today. Two more workouts to go! Hope you all had a wonderful day! Sun, 23 Dec 2012 23:07:32 EST Day Nine: I Figured out What my New Year's Resolution is! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5173770 Hey everyone,
I NEVER make New Year's resolutions. I think they can be a waste of time sometimes. However, this year, I thought of one that will keep me healthy and exercising. This year, I am going to do one 5K (or greater) walk or run every month. Here's my schedule so far for it:

Jan: March for Life in Washington D.C.
Feb: Hearts of Gold Mall Walk (5K)
March: Muscular Dystrophy Walk (5K)
April: Homeward Bound 5K walk/run
May: unsure.
June: Sunbu... Sat, 22 Dec 2012 15:21:37 EST Day Eight: It's Been a Great Week of Working out, but... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5173057 Hey everyone,

This morning I completed Day 5 of the 30 Day Shred. I've been doing the modifications for some of the workouts, but it's starting to get easy, so tomorrow I am going to start doing it without the modifications - it'll be hard, but it will definitely pay off! Working out this week has been excellent. Also, the 30 Day Shred is starting to get a little boring, so I'm definitely going to start doing yoga, pilates, or kickboxing along with it.

While working ou... Fri, 21 Dec 2012 16:53:49 EST Days Six and Seven: Made some healthy choices! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5172226 Hey everyone,

It's just been a really good week health wise for me. I started the 30 Day Shred and I just completed Day Four. It's started to get a little easier, so I can't wait to see what level two brings me. I honestly didn't want to work out today - at all. I woke up and felt really fat from the Mexican food I ate last night. However, I just worked out and I feel fantastic.

I also made some healthy choices with my food. At Starbucks, I bought a non-fat, no whip ho... Thu, 20 Dec 2012 16:48:37 EST Day Five: Working Out has Been Fantastic! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5170361 First off, I'd like to congratulate myself by saying that I'm officially finished Christmas shopping!

Second of all, I've been really happy with working out lately. Today is my fourth day doing the Yoga Booty Ballet 30 day program. It's also my second day doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred program. I hope it's ok that I've been doing both of these programs at the same time. It's just that I know I won't be able to do either of them once I'm back at school because my dorm room is ... Tue, 18 Dec 2012 17:54:06 EST Day Four: Exceeded my Calorie Goal... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5169527 So today I went over my calorie goal by like 400. However, I did two workouts today: one hour of Yoga Booty Ballet and Level One of the 30 Day Shred. I'm not making excuses for going over my calories, but I'm just saying that it kind of cancels out. Maybe? I don't know. I'll definitely be working on it though. The worst part is that the 400 extra calories I ate were from...cupcakes. Yeah, that's right. Cupcakes. I know I'm in the beginning stage of the SparkDiet, but I'm really going try work... Mon, 17 Dec 2012 21:41:49 EST Day Three: Keeping Myself Busy until Dinner http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5168242 Hey everyone,

First of all, I'd like to start off by saying that it's been an awesome day! So far, I'm nowhere near going over my calorie limit. Also, I know that I'll be having a healthy dinner - gilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and veggies (I think). Working out went well today, too. I did 35 minutes of a Yoga Booty Ballet video. I feel like I want to do another workout, but I'm not sure if I should. Also, if any of you are becoming bored with your workouts, I came across a YouT... Sun, 16 Dec 2012 16:30:07 EST Day Two: Great Workout and starting out pictures http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5167688 I had an excellent workout today. I did a 60 minute Yoga Booty Ballet workout video, and I felt fantastic. I'm going to continue doing the videos because I felt so much more energized and thinner after doing them. I'm really starting to work on changing my lifestyle, and so far, it's great. I feel like I'm really going to lose this five pounds over winter break and be down to 135 by the time I'm back at school!

Also, here are two pictures of me starting out on my journey to 110-115... Sat, 15 Dec 2012 22:57:22 EST Day One: Starting Over http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5166715 So, I'm like starting over. I reset all of my goals on here. I'm 140 pounds, and I'm trying to get down to 110 pounds. By the end of Chirstmas Break, I hope to step on the scale that I left at school and see 135 pounds. I'm going to do my very best to eat right and continue to drink eight cups of water daily. Also, I'm going to use SparkPeople's rosources - A LOT. The more I use SparkPeople, the more it will help me reach my goals and keep my weight loss system organized. Fri, 14 Dec 2012 18:30:43 EST
