I got up at 1:30am and was out the door by 2:20am and headed to Port Angeles is where I was going to meet my friends and ride the ferry. Thu, 7 Oct 2010 11:14:07 EST October goals Ok it has been a while since I set down and st some goals for myself. I recently started up with the BL round 14 and I am a jade Dragon. Being a dragon, is a good focus for me. I have good friends there and ots of good challenges. <BR> <BR> Through the summer I have really concentrated on the running. don't get me wrong that is not a bad thing! Fri, 1 Oct 2010 00:39:00 EST Best Dam run There is nothing like a good race to make you feel better. this race was pretty close to home about 15 minutes away. Most of the races I do are farther away. <BR> <BR> The weather was perfect - maybe a bit too hot but its better than the Alternative for September in Oregon which would be rain. A little cooler would have made for a faster race but that is ok. <BR> <BR> I ran this race last year and had a time of 1:03 but I was injured - I was fighting some major hip issues and I really deb...
