THIS IS SO FANTASTIC!! I think I'll become addicted to working out. Is this a good thing? Its a pity though that I don't know how many calories it burns, but hey, the minutes count. Even if I can't keep track of the calories from some of these workouts on the tracker, I know that my body will still feel it.

This is the video I followed, if anyone is interested.
www.fitsugar.com/10-M... It once started out as something organized and coherent, but then my mind happened. :)

I can honestly say that I am nervous and apprehensive about losing weight and working out. I've never really had true success more than a pound or two. I fear that I'll give up and eat junk at my computer. That I'll be too embarrassed to go to any of the fitness classes offered at the campus gyms or use any of the equipment. What... Wed, 9 Jan 2013 11:21:14 EST Third Times a Charm? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5192485 New Year, New Me. We've all heard it, said it, attempted it. A few have succeeded at it even. I am not one of those success stories sadly. I have tried, and quit. I don't believe I've ever made it to February. I am aiming to make this year different.

This is also my third time at attempting the Spark People system. The previous two times I just poked around, started blindly, quit not long after. This year, though I'm gunning to start, I'm not starting a routine straight awa... Sun, 6 Jan 2013 00:50:40 EST Nutrition and Portion Sizes http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3348594 Nutrition and portion sizes are important to healthy living and losing weight, I think everyone was taught that at some point. I know the first I was taught about it was in 1st grade a loong time ago. I didn't practice it well, but I was still taught about how its important.

Issue is, for me at least, is that I don't know how big portions should be anymore since I've definitely grown since first grade. I understand watching your calories is important, but what is the proper serv... Fri, 18 Jun 2010 20:01:22 EST First Real Day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3348059 Todays the first real day that I've had a chance to work out since joining a few days ago, and wow am I out of shape and sore. But it was so much fun! I used Wii Fit Plus today, for 39 minutes which is a new record for me may I add. I did the Free Run, a warm up exercise set, the penguin balance game a couple of other little things. But the run was my biggest, going for 20 minutes on the tread mill.

I walked 3.124 miles!! I was so happy! I've never walked that much at one tim... Fri, 18 Jun 2010 15:30:01 EST Slow Start http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3334089 Well, this is my first post on this and I'm off to a slow start. I haven't been able to do much actual exercising today since I've been attempting to clean my room. This room is where I do my exercising mostly, so if its dirty I can't move around or pull out the tread mill. So there you go. Clean room = exercise. But does that mean a dirty room = cleaning exercise?

I'll post a real, introduction like post soon! Mon, 14 Jun 2010 17:53:22 EST
