It went OK. One thing I had to realize was to be careful when cutting things out of my diet. while I got enough protein and vegetables I went way under my calories and at one point was a little weak during a work out. I am making conscious choices with food and exercise 4 to 5 times per week. I have even cut out my late night ice cream binges. However with all of the changes I still have too much sugar in my diet. For example, I will have a bowl of oatmeal in the morning, good choice right, But then I put so much sugar in the bowl it is no longer a healthy choice. Today I decided to get up and head to the gym. The workout (spark suggested workout) took about 30 minutes and 20minutes to shower (ahhhh water at the perfect temperature and pressure) then dress. It felt so invigorating. Whenever I workout in the morning I have more energy the next day.
