Boy, the holidays can knock you for a loop weight-wise with all the goodies and fantastic meals. I didn't necessarily stay on my eating plan though I tried to keep nutrition in mind most of the time. I gained a few pounds back but nothing major and I don't feel guilty. I'll just get back on track and i'll be where I was in no time. I'm looking forward to eating healthier again (I realized a few times over the holidays that some of my choices wreaked havoc... He has considerable weight to lose and felt it was a lost cause. I told him how I've lost my weight and kept it off (so far) using Spark People's nutrition tracker. I asked him to give it an honest try for a week or two and see if it could help him. Well, here it is a month later and he has lost 21 pounds. I can't tell you how happy he is. He's been eating the right things and is able to see how it affect... It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I've reinvented my eating habits and love it. Spark People has been my savior. Using the nutrition tracker and being able to see what I'm eating each day has really helped the most. I am excited about finding new ways to eat the healthy foods I love. Learning ways to still eat things I love, but healthy versions of them (like meat loaf and mashed potatoes that have become...
