I sleep from morning til late afternoon. But i am doing great on my Dieting part, not so much the exercising. I finally got the drive I needed to give me that little boost to better my life. I cut out sugars and soda today. I lifted weights and did a little bit of cardio and stretches. I am feeling pretty good about my goals and the time i have to make them!
