The holidays are really a hard time to stay healthy and I gained a couple pounds over Thanksgiving. But my good friend Jenny and I have started a great workout routine where we get up early feed our horses, go the gym for a couple hours, then we ride. Tomorrow we are actually going to ride in Palo Duro Canyon which will be a workout. I have been feeling so much healthier ever since we started this new routine! <em>104</e... James and I just dressed up and handed out candy at the house. We drank a little but I only had two beers. I made low fat baked macaroni and cheese and low fat jalapeño poppers. I got the recipes off of spark people recipes. I've always loved spark people recipes and never have had a problem with them before but the mac and cheese was very bland. Next time I'll give it much more spice! I have been staying in my calorie limit all week! I really need to work on my carbs and fat though. I never go to far over my mark but it's usually just a little over.
