It's a shame, but things got really busy at work and so I've been traveling constantly; eating chocolate out of the minibar. But I've finally gotten so sick of carrying the extra weight I've started again.

I hate the feeling of bending over and not reaching because I've got fat in the way. Feeling like the airplane seatbelt is close to not fitting. Having my feet hurt because of all of the extra weight. And moving slower. I have t... Tue, 30 Oct 2012 21:10:10 EST Night Swim was fun http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5007539 The public pool is really nice and extremely close to my house. It's only open in the summer and staffed by teenagers. So after this week, they are only open on the weekends until Sept when they close. Bit saddened by that as I've enjoyed swimming in the evenings for exercise.
So I'm actually thinking about going to the indoor pool that is a bit further away and continuing to swim for exercise. Not sure if I will go, as I don't know if the indoor pool will be as fun. But it's stra... Wed, 8 Aug 2012 23:42:05 EST Three Week Weight http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5001424 So I start to slow down my enthusiasm at three weeks. I'm losing weight, but slowly. And I'm hungry most of the time. Even after eating tons of fruit. And I get tired of eating in all of the time. Breakfast is the hardest for me. As I eat in the night and then I don't have any points to use for breakfast. So I need to only eat no calorie items in the middle of the night.
I also need to start planning for travel and seeing what works. Sun, 5 Aug 2012 00:18:26 EST OMG Arctic Zero http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4999396 I am so in love with this product. The main ingredient is water, and yet it tastes of ice cream. 150 calories or 3 WW Plus Points for the whole container. This stuff just might save my diet forver.
So it's also natural ingredients, not a lot of junk. And the best part is no sugar alcohol. I can't stand sugar alcohol in products, I think it should be banned. I always get horrible gas and diahrrea. No fun.
I was wondering about their sweeter of monk fruit. And sure enough now... Fri, 3 Aug 2012 10:54:44 EST yes and no http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4997289 So seems like I've been doing really good with the tracking. But I am going over my points on some days due to hunger. And of course I could eat fruit, but I dont want to I want carbs. But I'm not totally pigging out today. It was a small bag of doritos and a small cup of show churned ice cream. I should have eaten the peaches.

Work has been stressing my out so much this week and my trainer is on vacation for 3 weeks. I think I will go exercise, but I just keep working and ... Wed, 1 Aug 2012 23:43:23 EST Nonni's Biscotti http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4995183 So it said Salted Caramel. I love Salted Caramel. It said 100 calories each. I thought, I'll buy them for my husband's lunches and I can have one for a few points. Well through the night and this morning the entire box is gone all 8 of them and 800 calories.
Note to Self- Do not buy sweets at the store you cannot control yourself, period. I seem to be okay with chips and salty snacks, for some reason. It's okay to have some chips for his lunches. But the sweets, he is just goin... Tue, 31 Jul 2012 18:20:09 EST Weight in day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4981483 So I've got to remain positive today. This was my weight in day and I was back up to 196.2. WTF? Frustrating. I know that I generally loose on a two week schedule, but still. I know that I did eat too many skinny cow ice cream sandwiches. Just because it is diet food, I can't buy it if it's sweets because I cannot portion control. If all there is in the house is fruit, then that is my snack. It is okay to splurge on sweets sometimes, but I have to do it outside of the house. Buying s... Sun, 22 Jul 2012 09:34:46 EST Good few days http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4976861 So pretty excited got on the scale and already down 1.5 lbs. I know that is just water loss, but I like looking at that lower number, incentive. I've been eating a lot of fruit and so I've been on plan 3 days now. Just gotta keep it going. I'm going to Columbus OH next week and I know I will pig out on Jeni's ice cream. But if that's my only splurge I should be okay. Wed, 18 Jul 2012 21:49:00 EST Back on Track-Minibar hell http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4972885 So, I started WW for two days last week, Sun-Mon. Then I was at a meeting Tues-Friday. It was all buffet and I didn't even leave the hotel for several days. Well, I think the buffet would have been okay, it was the mini-bar.
I was prepared to say that I wouldn't take the mini-bar key. But this one didn't have a key. Instead it was a bunch of cookies and chocolates inside a cabinet. I ate just about everything in there, except for the nuts: Peanut M&Ms, Biscotti, Chocolate bar, ... Mon, 16 Jul 2012 12:52:35 EST Mexican Food http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4961966 So I went out to eat last night and I've only been on the diet for 2 days. We had made plans with family members to eat at this mexican restaurant over a month ago. Chips are such a calorie killer, why do they have to be so high in WW points? So I ate way to many of them. And then I was going to just order 2 soft tacos, which would have been fine, but the plate came with three and rice and beans. Which was stupid to have ordered anyway. I didn't touch the rice and beans. And I ate abou... Mon, 9 Jul 2012 10:45:32 EST starting over WW for the millionth time http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4960491 So, I started the year off extremely motivated. I was at a resort with the family and eating off of the buffet and was just disgusted with myself at almost 200 lbs. So that night 1-1-12 I said that's it. This is the year of weight loss. If I loose 1 lb a week I'll be done by the end of the year. I started WW and lost 7 lbs.

But then I went on vacation, travel picked up at work, and lots of excuses. The one good thing was I started back exercising, which I hadn't done since... Sun, 8 Jul 2012 12:26:40 EST Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge Utah trip 2 weeks Jan 9th 2011 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3892945 I've made reservations at this resort for two weeks and I'm pretty nervous about it. I am hoping to lose 5 lbs a week, of course I'd like more. But I am only working about about 2-3 hours a week currently, so I'm worried about my fitness level. Also I don't like cold weather and I'll be hiking in it. Regardless my desire to lose the weight is pretty strong and I need some structure, so I'm going. Wed, 5 Jan 2011 13:38:32 EST
