And it made me learn a lot about myself. I am ready to get back into a more "keto" state of mind, as well as a more "paleo" out look as well.

Typically, from what I know about Paleo is most grains are a no-no. Plus most sugar aside from fruit, raw honey, and real maple. Also no cheese. I am thinking about going "somewhat paleo." Limiting corn, and brown rice, as well as my gluten free stuff to one se... Tue, 14 Apr 2015 12:28:37 EST Day 31: I Made It Without Sugar and Gluten (mostly) http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5910374 So today marks 31 days with gluten (mostly) and without sugar. I will say, towards the end of my 30 days I did indulged in "sugar" a bit more. I had some delicious raw, vegan, paleo date bars (just dates, coconuts, and almonds) as well as lightly sweetened gluten free cereal. I am saying "lightly sweetened" because I have a feeling that if I had eaten sugar, that cereal would NOT BE SWEET. At all. But it was too me.

I have learned three things by doing this. Gluten doesn't d... Mon, 13 Apr 2015 08:27:54 EST Day 25: Reward Conundrums http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5907698 Today is Day 25 without consuming gluten (unless it was an accident) or sugar (unless it was dates).

I am doing really well, and have even stopped a lot of my bad habits. But I find myself starting to do them again. I will just have to continue to stay away from sugar and sugary stuff for the foreseeable future.

I think changing two things every 30 days is a good way to make positive changes in my life. Thirty days is a long of enough time to break or make a habit f... Wed, 8 Apr 2015 12:06:28 EST Day 24: New Personal Best and Revelations! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5907115 So today is day 24, mostly without gluten and sugar.

I might have fudged yesterday.

Day 23, Monday April 6 is a half day at work. Also my Friday. It went well, and my eye is doing much better. Every once in a while a strong smell will cause it to hurt, but the redness is gone and the puffiness is gone as well.

After work, my mom and I went out to eat. We decided on Panera. I thought it would be fine because I could have a salad and some soup. That sa... Tue, 7 Apr 2015 13:05:32 EST Day 22: The Day of Hurt... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5906250 So I am going to preface this by saying today is actually Day 23 without sugar or gluten. But since I am talking about yesterday, I am going to label my blog Day 22!

So, yesterday I went running. I know my knee has been hurting, but I am gluton for punishment, plus with the weather changing I wasn't too sure what the reason for the pain was. I made sure to ice it the day before (Saturday) and take some Advil before my run. And right as I was about ready put my shoes on and le... Mon, 6 Apr 2015 08:33:23 EST Day 18: Run, Run, Run! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5903518 So today is Day 18 without any sugar or gluten.

I am doing well in my runs too. I just completed C25k Week 5 Day 3 for the second time. A 20 minute run is hard to work up to yo!

I was able to get about 14:30 running until having to stop for one and half minutes of walking rest. Then finish out the run. Not great, but I don't quit until I have actually done it. It took me 8 runs of Week 4 to get up to five minutes, if it takes me 8 runs to get up to 20 minutes I will... Wed, 1 Apr 2015 11:16:15 EST Day 15: I Can't Believe What I Just Did! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5901754 Okay, so it's been 15 days without any added sugar or sugar subs, and 15 days without gluten. I feel better, less bloated, and my bowel movements are steadily getting better. I do however feel more tired, but maybe that because I am doing more. And I have been kinda stressed...work and all.

Yesterday I super anxious because I took Fat Boy Wilson, my cat, to get shots at work (one of the perks). And I didn't have any sugar. It was a win because I am a stress eater. When I have... Sun, 29 Mar 2015 15:00:18 EST Day 11: Another Multi-Day Run! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5899423 Yesterday I SMASHED my Week 5 Day 1 of C25k run! Today...not so much. It was a big difference from 5 minutes run to an 8 minute run.

Week 5 Day 2 is 8 minute run, 5 minute walk, 8 minute run. I did, well okay. For some odd reason I thought there was a 5 minute run between the two 8 minute runs, so my last interval I had two rest walks. Normally I only let myself have one.

I did about 7:00 minutes on the first one...which is a PERSONAL BEST! So I am super happy ... Wed, 25 Mar 2015 12:01:59 EST Day Ten: And Doing AWESOME! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5898998 So it's officially day ten of no sugar and no gluten. My stomach is definitely less upset and growly though my...ummm poo, is still not as great as it good be!

I was planning on writing a blog on Sunday, but right before I finished, Spark ate it and I had to go to work. So sorry if this blog is a little discombobulated.

Sunday I finally finished my C25k Week 4! It only too 8 runs, three weeks, and a lot of effort to get there. But really, once I finished my last 5 mi... Tue, 24 Mar 2015 18:56:46 EST Day Four: Sugar Free Is The Way For Me... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5895533 Though it is driving me bonkers!

It's day four of no sugar. No sugar like substitutes, and no sweets! The sweetest thing I have had was my toothpaste. Sure, I am eating things with "sugar" but it's corn and wine. Nothing sweet about it...trust me! Plus I am eating gluten free. So this means, though I can't have my candy or bread, I can have chips and popcorn. Basically I know my limits, and no that something "bad" is better than something "worse."

Today my stomach... Wed, 18 Mar 2015 21:54:12 EST Day 3: What I Am Doing, Why I Am I Doing It, and A Personal Best http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5894665 Wow, I am surprised it let me fit ALL that into my Blog Entry Title! Weee!

Today is officially Day 3 of NO GLUTEN and NO SUGAR! I am beginning to think I am a bit kookie for doing this. But it MUST BE DONE!

Going gluten free is pretty easy in all honesty. I can have some corn tortillas with my eggs, some popcorn has a snack, potatoes with my meal, and loads of grits! It's the sugar part I am having the issue with. I know, I know! I was keto for so long, why can... Tue, 17 Mar 2015 13:38:14 EST Another "Weekend" Gone... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5891394 You know that when you live and breathe for the weekends, or your days off work, you have issues. I always dread going back to work on Thursdays, especially since I am forced to clean dogs, when my expertise lies with cats.

I have being doing okay on my strength training and am already planning next months workouts. I basically just found this one on a whim and followed it, though it's not tailored to me. I have good leg strength, okay upper body, and horrible abs, so I definit... Wed, 11 Mar 2015 22:21:17 EST I Can Feel The Burn!!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5887370 So Monday I wasn't able to go for my morning run like I had planned to do. It was 7am, and everything was ready...when I locked my keys in the car. Of course, right? Not a huge deal being that we have an extra set, but at the moment, no one knew where the heck that extra set was. About 45 minutes later, right as I was pulling out of the drive in my mom's car, she found them. At least I was able to take my own car to work that day!

Tuesday I got to go for my run. It was the C2... Thu, 5 Mar 2015 08:30:45 EST March Madness! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5884695 If February was my "Move it" month, then March will be Move It and Strength Training it up!

Basically I am planning on doing what I did in February, which was mostly getting up and moving in the form of a C25k plan, and adding ST or strength training into the mix. I have printed out a Muscle Madness calander from BodyRock/DailyHIIT to do this month as well as focus on some BodyRock on my days off and still complete my running.

I even went out to jog today. I vastly ove... Sun, 1 Mar 2015 09:45:52 EST Gluten Free May Be For Me!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5882695 And I rhymed! I love when that happens, especially in a Blog Title!

I am not really focusing on being in Keto and by all means, I wasn't low carb at all yesterday or today. But I was gluten free. And I already see a difference on the scale. When I get in keto which is essentially gluten free, I drop pounds in a few days. And even though I wasn't low carb yesterday, I did drop about 2 pounds. So maybe I do have a bit of a gluten intolerance. It's a possibility because my mom,... Wed, 25 Feb 2015 19:49:45 EST Cold Weather Running... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5882144 So I did my C25k run today...in 31 degree weather. Brrrrr!

Luckily my double pants and Under Armour Cold Gear shirt helped a lot. And the run went really well. I was able to complete a three minute run, which was about 1/4 a mile. It took about 4 months to get to that point last time. And with my new shoes, I know I won't be hurting myself and I will even get farther than this. This was the most I have ever gotten in the past, so if I can surpass today, I will be doing AWESOM... Tue, 24 Feb 2015 22:55:58 EST Running and Running and Getting... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5880559 ...Somewhere!

Which is always better than NOWHERE! Right? Today's run was a good one for the most part. It was the first day of week 3 of my C25k Running App. This is the run I am dreading. You go from running 1:30 (1min 30sec) to a full 3 minute run. Well I didn't complete the full 3 minutes, but boy did I get close.

I am still right on track with how my runs should be. I was about 10 seconds away from completing the first 3 minute run, and 30 seconds away fro... Sun, 22 Feb 2015 13:55:03 EST Misha Is NOT Happy! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5876610 It's going be a quick one guys because I have to leave for work in 12 minutes! Eeek!

So yesterday I went to do my run. I had to use my new app. I had a few issues with it. At first I didn't hear the first prompt to run because I was playing my music through my iPhone and not through the app. Once I got that fixed, I started to hear the prompts.

And the first run was easy. Too easy. I completed each and every running interval, and a few were so easy I could have ... Mon, 16 Feb 2015 08:49:23 EST The Frustration is Mounting.... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5875674 I am so frustrated. And really mad. And just plain sick and tired of doing everything right and not seeing changes.

Sure I have had a slip up here and there. But nothing big enough to derail me. And of course I have been working out. Getting plenty of sleep. Eating right (for me). And nothing.

For two weeks, nothing lost. I have gained though. Even after a perfect day like yesterday, I gained. Sure it's a small amount. And sure it's only been two weeks. But I... Sat, 14 Feb 2015 13:39:52 EST Rest and Winning! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5874107 So Tuesday I opted for a "rest day."

Now this won't always be a rest day, but I need some extra ones here and there in the beginning so I don't burn myself out or hurt myself. Tuesday was basically just Skyrim day. A much needed Skyrim day. I had a bit of headache all day long though.

Today I go up and went exercising. Luckily the cedar is on it's way out, but I am finding the inhaler a great way to combat whatever it is that causes me to not be able to breathe when... Wed, 11 Feb 2015 21:15:43 EST Monday Funday! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5872696 Oops, I think I have used that title more than once. My bad!

Today was a half day at work. Typically I am scheduled from 8am to 1pm, but it's until we get done. Which was about noon today.

I woke up at 6:00am, bright eyed and bushy tailed. Why I don't know. So I decided that the workout I was planning to do after my work, would go before. The trail "opens" at 7:30am, so I knew it would be close. I got everything together for work, including a snack and got myself ... Mon, 9 Feb 2015 18:19:10 EST Misha Did WHAT? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5871882 So I did something a little crazy, a lot surprising, and a whole bunch of AWESOME!

I got up early, before having to leave for work which starts at 9:00am and RAN!

I did the second installment of my C25k program. I took the app from my iPod Touch and put it on my iPhone and am having some issues with it. But today I was able to complete each and every 1 minute run. Last time it was only 2 of them I completed! I love that I can already see progress! Just wish the weig... Sun, 8 Feb 2015 14:07:12 EST Keto Miracle? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5870926 I have been doing well for the most part.

Cedar count is down, so I am feeling better. Staying strong in keto as well.

Until today.

Evidently it was Employee Appreciation Day at work. Which normally is awesome, but they brought in pizza. Pizza, aka Misha's Kryptonite, was offered to all employees. Normally I would have said no, but it was Pizza Hut, which is my favorite. And they had the fancy pretzel and asiago crusts. And cookies. And I caved. <B... Fri, 6 Feb 2015 21:33:06 EST February is My MOVE IT month! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5868938 What I don't understand, is how I can have a physical job where I reach my 10,000 steps before noon, and I still am so out of shape.

On the upside I actually worked out. I did a full hour of Zumba, even though I felt winded and tired after a few songs! I can sorta of breath as the cedar has been low for a few days. I still am sniffing and sneezing and blowing my nose so much I am shocked at the amount of mucus my body can create.

On the downside, I have a bit of head... Tue, 3 Feb 2015 20:44:26 EST Getting Back into the Groove and FitBit LOVE! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5868171 So I am starting February off with a bang. For the most part.

I am already back into keto or ketosis for those unfamiliar with the lingo. I am already losing weight, and should lose a bit pretty fast. When you get in keto the water weight and bloat falls off. Pair that with the fact I am coming off my period, and hopefully I will be back into the 130's by the end of the month.

My new schedule is allowing me to have even more time to myself, which is awesome. That ... Mon, 2 Feb 2015 20:25:32 EST Birthday Blog! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5865569 Yup, today is my birthday. The big ol' 2-8! Let's hope they stop carding me for Sharpies now....

Well a girl can dream.

I had work today, which was so so.

In all honesty, I feel awful. Like, not just cedar allergies are causing me to feel like I am dying awful. But bloated and gross awful too. I guess the copious amounts of carbs, 120+ ounces of water, and nearly starting my period isn't helping. I look awful too. I put on a ton of weight.
<BR... Thu, 29 Jan 2015 22:56:35 EST Steroid Shots and Caviar Dreams... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5862538 Again, I feel just aweful about not blogging more. I miss you guys so much, but life have been busy. And we begin by rewinding just over a week ago.

You see, I live in Central Texas. And the weather this time of year is always beautiful or rainy. And I HATE the pretty days. You see, the pretty mild winter days are deceptive my friends. So pretty, so nice....and so very full of cedar pollen. Yes, this is the time of year that I have essentially a cold for over three months un... Sun, 25 Jan 2015 22:21:27 EST Fun Weekend...NOT! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5848661 Okay, so first off, I would like to apologize about the insanely long blog ahead. I know I hate to read on and on, but I write this mostly for myself anyways. But I did include pictures! WEEEE!

I started off really well being and staying in keto. I have also figured out, how much wine is too much and when it will kick me out.

Of course it totally got out of control when I ate off keto. My dad is sick. So on Saturday we had to go get him some food from Sonic. My ... Wed, 7 Jan 2015 13:59:48 EST Happy New Year Guys! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5843954 Hey Guys!

I know I have been somewhat MIA and for that I am sorry. I have been very busy and overwhelmed with life.

Things should be looking up, for next week I start me new schedule! I am very very excited with this because it means I work from Thursday to Monday. Since we are closed on Monday, it is only a half day and I get to leave from 12 to 1:00pm in the afternoon. This gives me time to run errands with my mom and spend time with her, but also gives me Tuesday ... Fri, 2 Jan 2015 14:04:32 EST Back To It Already!!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5833819 First off, I want to thank everyone that commented on my blog last time! It was so night to hear that I am not alone and that there might be help for my serious cravings after all!

Secondly I decided to take some advice (multiple people) and start taking cinnamon capsules. I do take Chromax which helps with metabolism, but having IR (insulin resistance) and PCOS, I'll take what I can.

Now on to the real fun stuff. Not really.

I was off of keto eating from F... I am just kinda floating by in a haze of overworked tiredness and fake niceness that is making me want to hang myself.

Okay maybe not kill myself, but it isn't helping the depression.

When I step on the scale a few weeks ago, to see that I gained 20 pounds (from a low of 129 to 140) in my tired, sick, and carb induced haze, I got right back to being seriously and jumped into the ke... Tue, 9 Dec 2014 10:43:48 EST Super Stressed! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5815696 I am super stressed right now. Like uber stressed. I don't think I have been this bad in a while.

And it's my extra day off I was able to pull somehow.

And why am I stressed.

I have a coworker that is losing her home (and is currently without heat). So I was able to get it approved with the higher ups to watcher her cat.

And so here he is. And I am freaking out!

He is so awesome and sweet. Already he is up for exploring and snu... Wed, 12 Nov 2014 18:11:47 EST Halloween! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5808094 Happy Halloween guys! Hope you have some fun plans and will stay safe!

I was messing around with my Spark Page today and noticed something I had totally forgotten about. My goal weight by goal day thingy!

Turns out I was wanting to be 125 by TODAY! Well that didn't happen. But I always have set backs or bumps in the road. I had that month of eating carbs because I wasn't feeling well, and I was so tired. Which I am still tired which makes for wanting carbs worse,... Fri, 31 Oct 2014 11:07:23 EST Friday Blog (AKA my Wednesday) http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5803914 Since I work Saturday and Sunday, today is kinda like my Wednesday. Which means hump day.

It's been a long week. Or maybe that's because my weeks are running together so it just feels long. Then I look at the calendar and realize, it's almost Halloween (which I have yet to decorate) and pretty soon it will be New Years.

Oh my gosh. Time goes by fast.

We are continuing the "Cross Training" at work. Meaning though I have been exclusively cattery and front... Fri, 24 Oct 2014 11:04:24 EST Back into Low Carbing http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5802337 So after stepping on the scale and seeing 10 pounds more than the last time, only a month or so ago, I woke up to reality with a shock.

Plus I looked bloated, felt bloated, and well, have been in a bad mood for a while.

The bad mood is a multitude of reasons, but I am really trying hard to not let the little anger demon inside of me, get the best of me.

Yesterday I started the day right by rollerblading on my favorite trail. I knew if the day off with some ph... Because, let's face it, life is tough, and sometimes it sucks. Things get us down and we forget the important things in life.

Recently my knee has been hurting. My mom and Monday's off now. I'm sick.

These are the excuses I am making. Granted in my mind, they are totally valid reasons for my slump. In fact they are more than valid, they are perfectly acceptable.

And that sucks.

My lo... Which means my "ME" time is reduced to one day.

This as led my depression to get worse. But I wanted to let you know that I am still around, and still working towards my goal.

So, I guess it was two weeks now. Not last Tuesday, but the Tuesday before, I yet again re-injured my knee. My ankle kind of started hurting, which caused my knee to start hurting, which is never a good thing.

If you have followed me for a while, you know that my ... Fri, 1 Aug 2014 22:36:38 EST Depression Sucks... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5742167 So I had both Wednesday and Thursday off. Friday I was just kinda oh well about things, but hey that happens.

In my attempt to keep my depression at bay, I decided to workout more and keep busy. Well I wore myself out. Thus I haven't slept well the last few nights, and opted out of working out on Friday, even though I had planned to do so.

Today I had to clean at work, which means getting there early. What fun. Not. We got in a ton of cats, mostly smelly kittens wh... Sat, 19 Jul 2014 15:01:01 EST My Days Off! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5740786 Having time off from work is wonderful, but then again, it felt like I worked 8 days straight! Eeek! I technically had Monday off, but it wasn't enough to feel like a break.

Yesterday I worked out and cleaned my sheets. But that was about it for my productiveness. I spent the rest of the day on the couch playing Skyrim. I have really missed that game. It was so nice to relax and not worry about cleaning or work or anything like that.

Of course I should have been c... Thu, 17 Jul 2014 12:21:37 EST What An Experience! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5738774 Hello all!

Well today, Monday, I have off of work! So happy to have a bit of rest after 6 days of, excuse me, hell. Tomorrow I have to go back in for some fun time (not!) work! It's going to be a long day, but the thought have having two days after that off, is what is keeping me going.

I woke up early, still with a headache I have been battling for a few days now. Since today I have off (weee!), I did one full hour of Zumba! Then my BodyRock Day 5 of the Transforme... Mon, 14 Jul 2014 16:37:21 EST Still At It!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5736660 So today I woke up at 7:00am and got ready to work out by 8:00am! It was awesome.

I did a short length Zumba World class, and decided to do a few extra songs on the end. I love my Zumba, but what made them think a Short Class should be 20 minutes (or about 7 songs), a Medium class 40-45 minutes and a Full Class at 60 minutes is beyond me. I would love a good 30 minute class, especially since the first song and the last song are always a warm up/cool down which rotates between 2 ... Fri, 11 Jul 2014 10:53:47 EST Another SMASHED Workout! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5735981 To be honest, even though my work schedule is all wonkie, I am really enjoying it!

I only had to clean two days, which means I have today and tomorrow to have enough time to workout before I go to work at 10:15am. I even can workout on Saturday if I can get rid the dad, and Sunday if my parents don't mind me doing so. But I need a rest day, so I am thinking that will be Sunday.

Next week I am off Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, which means major workout days and not my... Thu, 10 Jul 2014 10:38:02 EST Back In The Game... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5735677 My plan of working and focusing on my health journey and keeping busy are definitely working at keeping the bad thoughts at bay.

I am just working trying to keep busy for the most part. The best way to keep busy is to focus more on me.

I woke up at the usual time this morning. I got ready, and found I still had time before needing to go to work because I wasn't packing my lunch today. So I flossed. I am really weird about certain things like this. Normally I would... Wed, 9 Jul 2014 22:56:05 EST I Was On The News... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5734889 Sorta.

So, you can watch the clip here

www.keyetv.com/news/features/top-sto
ries/stories/44-dogs-rescued-central-t
exas-breeder-19260.shtml

Just keep in mind that I was the one in the red shirt for like two seconds talking in the background in the office.

Buy hey, I made the news!

~Misha~ Tue, 8 Jul 2014 21:55:04 EST I'm Getting Worse Again... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5733717 Have you ever seen "Perks of Being A Wallflower"? It's a great, but sad movie. Any one with any kind of mental illness knows the phrase, "I'm getting worse again." And that is exactly what is going on with me.

My mom claims it my period. As I haven't had my period in 4-5 months, I highly doubt I am PMS for weeks on end. Don't worry, it's common with PCOS not to have a period. So no, I don't need to go to a doctor for that.

I am just depressed. Stressed out. And t... Mon, 7 Jul 2014 10:37:49 EST Sad Misha... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5727019 Okay, so this blog is a complete pity party. You have been warned!

I don't have a social life.

I don't have many friends.

I don't go out anywhere.

I don't do anything.

And I just got worse.

As pathetic as this sounds, I look forward to seeing one of my best friends. It's the only time I get out. And it's once a year. And I was just informed, that something I look forward too more than Christmas, Thanksgiving, and MY OWN BI... Fri, 27 Jun 2014 10:12:38 EST Hello Beautiful People!!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5725679 I am writing this from my phone, so bear with me!

I miss my spark time a lot lately, but things are still good for the most part. I still have a ton of unpacking to do, work has gotten better with the help of the part timer, and I am still losing weight! Slowly, but it's coming off.

I am off and on in keto, but never so far out that my weight is coming back. I still haven't set up or aged my Zumba recently, but I'm okay with that. Mostly I have been sleeping. I am so... Wed, 25 Jun 2014 14:11:35 EST CAUTION: Long Rant-y Blog Ahead! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5719089 I am tired. Really tired. Super duper OMG I am dying tired.

And I'm cranky. Very cranky. Whiney, tantrum cranky!

Also I'm upset, and mad, and generally pissed off at myself.

It's been a tough past few days. So lets rewind to Thursday, when it all began.

*Cue rewind music*

Thursday was move in day. Sure, my mom and I had been moving odds and ends before this, but this was the day the furniture was being moved. I was luckily at wor... Mon, 16 Jun 2014 12:20:25 EST What Do I Do Now? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5715025 Good news, is that I am feeling better. I guess all those well wishes yesterday worked! Thanks guys!

So today I slept in. Like really slept in. Normally, me sleeping in lately, since I started working, is like 8:00 to 8:30am. Today I slept until 9:30am. I was tired I guess.

I got up and did my Zumba. After that, much like yesterday, my energy just zapped away. So I didn't get any much needed yoga in. I feel kinda bad about not doing it, again for two weeks in ... Tue, 10 Jun 2014 14:03:44 EST
