I'm back. And I realize it has been over 6 months since I really "Sparked." And boy has it been a crazy 6 months.

Originally I when I left it was to overcome binge eating disorder. I soon realized though, that it was mostly tied to the fact that I was depressed. Nothing really helped, and when I was sad or angry or upset, I binged. That alone made me go from 130-145ish.

Then I got sick. Like thousands of dollars sick. It started off as UTI symptoms,... Sat, 16 Jul 2016 17:29:26 EST I Am Going to Gain A Lot of Weight... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6049723 ...in the next few weeks.

First off a recap as to what has been going on. I have been doing okay at work. Had a few mess ups, but luckily no one is really blaming me since they all realize I got one day of training a week before I started my new position. They changed the title of the position, but I am doing everything that the previous person did minus grants. So because of the way things operate I am not the HR Manager or even an Office Manager, but an Office Administrator. ... Sat, 19 Dec 2015 09:26:36 EST Still In Shock and Awe! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6037239 Yesterday was a crazy day. And I am still in shock over what happened.

I was cleaning as normal, though I did have another associate there to help, since I was suppose to be all done by 9:45 for a training session. Of course that was very hard to do because I didn't have the time to do it. Working for a non profit means it's a small company and so the second in charge came to me and asked how things were going. I told her the truth, and she asked if I wanted the bookkeeping job... Tue, 24 Nov 2015 13:50:12 EST What I Have Learned by Going Paleo... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6034243 I have learned so much going Paleo, and I will continue to focus on whole natural organic foods even though I am not 100% "Paleo" anymore. This is because I found I can handle dairy just fine, and that Kalona Super Natural milk is AWESOME! I have also learned that I really should be gluten free.

I was so excited that I didn't have Celiac's that I haven't thought about what life would be like without it. That is until a particulary hard day at work that caused me to go running to... Wed, 18 Nov 2015 13:01:50 EST Paleo 30 Day Challenge Complete! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6030847 So I officially finished my paleo 30 day retox from The Paleo Cure on Tuesday. And though I was planning on introducing things slowly, yesterday I really just wanted pizza.

I had splurged a week before and had some rice and my body tolerated well, so I knew as long as I stay gluten free, I should be fine. Even though my Celiac test came back negative, I still feel like this is the part of my issues.

So far, so good, and the gluten free pizza hasn't bother me yet. So ... Thu, 12 Nov 2015 08:30:37 EST Day 22 of Paleo Cure, The Last 10 Pounds (again), and November Goals http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6025222 So today is Day 22 of going Paleo. Yes I stayed away from the Halloween candy. No one piece. And though on Halloween, I did cheat a little with a glass of wine, I had no adverse reactions. Though my tolerance is way lower that it has been.

I am officially at the last 10 pound mark...again. I am only two pounds or so heavier than I was last year, but considering I was 153 in February (stupid steroid shot), I feel awesome. My mom is commenting on my weight loss, and so is my da... Mon, 2 Nov 2015 08:25:53 EST Day 17 of the Paleo Diet http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6022775 Today is day 17 of starting the Paleo Cure 30 Day Retox. And I feel rotten.

But it's not from the Paleo, but from the lack of allergy meds I have been taking, or not taking. I have been without them for two weeks in preparation to my allergy appointment today. Of course, my throat and ears started itching this past weekend, and then on Monday it was full blown "allergies, not a cold..." type of thing.

So today for my appointment, the doctor got to see me in all my a... Wed, 28 Oct 2015 18:50:17 EST Day 7 of the Paleo Diet http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6016662 Well, the cravings have hit, and I have eat some not really Paleo Cure 30 Day Retox approved stuff. Or I am sure it wasn't. I had a Paleo English Muffin. It was pretty good with the ghee. But I am going to make it again for some "garlic bread" to go with my spaghetti squash and tomato sauce.

My mom is actually cooking this one for me. But I had a rough day.

This morning was completely normal, until I went to get a drink of water. This has happened before. So the ... Sat, 17 Oct 2015 19:45:05 EST My Journey into The Paleo Cure http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6014570 Well, my test results finally came back on Monday, and thankfully were NEGATIVE for Celiac's. I am extremely happy but then still concerned as to what is causing my stomach symptoms.

I am currently reading and following the 30 day plan of The Paleo Cure by Chris Kresser. I decided on this book and form of action because it gives helpful tips on how to reintroduce foods, many of which aren't "paleo approved" like cheese, that I am just not willingly to give up on forever.
... Tue, 13 Oct 2015 21:10:00 EST Feeling Sick and Tired http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6010364 So last Tuesday I had my appointment with my allergist, which was very enlightening. He said he gets many patients that come in with similar complaints. So he knows exactly what it is. It's called Laryngopharyngeal reflux. Basically is like acid reflux without actual heartburn. You get the post nasal drip, coughing that won't go away, and wheezing. So we aren't 100% I don't have asthma, but it is a possibility.

I also have an a sinus infection for over a year. Yup, totally... Tue, 6 Oct 2015 11:04:13 EST I LOVE This Time Of Year! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6005601 I love this time of year. It's just so...magical.

I think it's the cooler weather paired with the fall fun. I am so decorating for Halloween this year too! My mom is so obsessed with having a clean organized home before decorating. Well, clean be darned (keep the language PG here), the decorations are so going up! Of course, they won't be the official decorations, I am working on a great theme for both the Fall and Halloween!

I have made a lot of goals recently.... Mon, 28 Sep 2015 13:45:39 EST Getting Back To Normal... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5997973 Man, has it been a tough few weeks.

Wilson is doing better, but gave me a scare yesterday. Again he wasn't eating, leaking urine and being weird. I took him to the my normal vet, but little toot was faking. Well not faking. But there wasn't a blockage or anything wrong with him. They thing he is trying to pass some of the larger crystals that haven't dissolved yet, so they gave him a pain shot. So he has been weird since.

Work is driving me crazy, but nothing new t... Tue, 15 Sep 2015 14:11:19 EST Week from H.E. Double Hockey Sticks http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5994180 This week has been awful. It was fine until last Saturday, September 5th when all heck broke lose. Work has been especially awful because once again, I am forced to work with dogs. I hate dogs. Sorry but I do. I hate dogs, like some people hate cats. I tolerate them, but I would never own one.

Saturday was bad starting off from waking up. Of course I had turned my alarm off mid sleep and didn't get up until 7 minutes before work. At least I wasn't the last one to clock in. ... Wed, 9 Sep 2015 13:57:30 EST Update on Nothing and 5k News! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5989777 So nothing has really changed. I just realize though, I haven't written a blog in a while, so I am sorry about that.

I went to the doctor and got on another inhaler, Advair this time. It seems to be helping. I have had even more allergic reactions as well. I have been getting hives almost every week, though I haven't really changed anything. I also had a pretty scary allergic reaction, where my whole body got flushed and hot the other day. I can't figure it out. Maybe my cow... Wed, 2 Sep 2015 18:32:39 EST Itchy Itchy Mish-y http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5976607 So yesterday was good. I tracked everything I ate, got the right amount of water, and even did well eating some veggies and fruit. I didn't deprive myself of carbs, and enjoyed a piece of baguette at Panera Bread. Man is that place tasty!

Right before going to Panera, as I got in the car with my dad, my leg started to itch. And itch and itch. Last night bumps started to appear and I was up all last night scratching. When I got up I had 9 hives all over my legs. One on my lef... Wed, 12 Aug 2015 12:14:59 EST Got To Get Back On Track... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5975861 So my vacation was....okay.

Not exactly what I excepted or want we would have hoped. I forgot how rural things are in Oklahoma, and how well closed minded some people are. I will tell you, I was one of the skinniest people around. And they call Texas the most obese state.

I gained about 5 pounds on vacation. I knew I would, but I was hoping it would be quite so much junk food. I had a huge mentality that, hey I was on vacation, I was going to enjoy it. And I don... The run was great, but it was the fourth time running 60 minutes, so even though I completed the app, it didn't feel like a huge deal. Sunday was good for the most part. In the evening I was just sitting in the chair, doing something on the computer, and I must have moved wrong. Because my right arm started to hurt. It wasn't bad, just uncomfortable. <... They made my day!!!!!!

334

Okay! So I have two weeks before vacation. Which means two weeks to get my s*** together and work it. I know I won't lose 20 pounds by then, heck...I probably won't lose any weight at the rate I'm going. I am 100% stuck at 139-141 at the moment. But I hope that I will be able to get my bloat down and at least look half way okay.

Now remembe... Sat, 18 Jul 2015 08:49:48 EST Another http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5960681 Disclaimer****Sorry the photos on the side, but I am too tired and being lazy to change them to normal view! Sorry!*****

So I did it.

I did 60 minutes of continuous running on Sunday July 12. I made it 5.12 miles. And I am just beside myself. I really didn't stop to think about what I accomplished until yesterday and it blew my mind. I...Misha, ran 5 miles. I ran 60 minutes straight. I ran! I am a runner! I am AWESOME!

Hehe...sorry got to brag a lit... Tue, 14 Jul 2015 12:28:22 EST Almost There... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5957444 So today I was able to complete my last run before I attempt a 60 minute straight run/jog or shuffle. Hehe.

I was able to do 30 minutes of running, one minute walking, 30 minutes running. This was about 5.5 miles including my .25 mile walking warm up. I am doing really well, and surprisingly my feet didn't go numb today. I think it was because I cleaned all the pebbles and stuff from the soles of my shoes. Hehe. Trail running downfalls!

I went on the other part of... In two weeks I will have completed the 10k program. In two weeks...I will start on the half marathon app.

I remember just a few months ago (about 5 1/2 months) I was struggling to run for 5 minutes straight. I remember that I gave up trying to run for however long, and just said, if this is all I do...so be it.

And after doing that week, over and over again...I finally was able to run 5 minutes straight. I am tired and worn out most of the week and barely even get on my computer. I have been reading a bit however!

I was doing really good with keto until Saturday. I had a bad day at work. We had the first Pan-Leukemia case in about 2 years. And of course, I found the poor guy. He was still alive, but didn't make it through the night. If you are unfamiliar with Pan-Leuk, it's Parvo for cats, though it tends to be worse. <B... Tue, 30 Jun 2015 12:41:45 EST Running in the Rain! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5944849 339 Good Mornin'...Good Mornin'! 339

How is everyone this fine Sunday morning? I myself, am doing wonderful!

I got up early (about 6am) to get ready for a long run today. I am planning on doing my short runs on Fridays, now that it is getting day light at 6:30am. That will give me plenty of time to do a run and get to work on time. Maybe even a shower in between!

So today I am doing longer runs. Still getting to the park about 6:45a... Sun, 14 Jun 2015 09:33:44 EST It's Been SOOO Long Since My Last Blog! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5942848 And I'm sorry about that. Though, let's face it, I really write this for me more than anything.

Work has been so hectic, I can barely breathe. In fact I am so stressed that I am nauseous all day long until I get home for the evening. My days off, Tuesday and Wednesday have quickly become veg-fests to help relieve the stress. As well as Mondays, which is aggravating my mom to no end. She always wants to go do things, and so do I, but then I come home from work around 1:15 and I... Wed, 10 Jun 2015 10:08:05 EST I Did It! Couch to 5k Completed And Other Awesome News!!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5919118 Far warning, this is going to be a very long and VERY HAPPY blog!

So first off, I am sorry about not writing in a while. I have been really busy, which is good. It means I am doing things outside of work and being...gasp...social!

I still have been working out my three days a week, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Though last Wednesday I didn't do my lower body like I normally do, as I got distracted with cleaning and organizing my room. My C25k was progressing as p... Tue, 28 Apr 2015 12:53:19 EST Day 32: Maybe Time For A "New" Streak http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5911173 I did really well with my no gluten and no sugar for the past thirty days. And it made me learn a lot about myself. I am ready to get back into a more "keto" state of mind, as well as a more "paleo" out look as well.

Typically, from what I know about Paleo is most grains are a no-no. Plus most sugar aside from fruit, raw honey, and real maple. Also no cheese. I am thinking about going "somewhat paleo." Limiting corn, and brown rice, as well as my gluten free stuff to one se... Tue, 14 Apr 2015 12:28:37 EST Day 31: I Made It Without Sugar and Gluten (mostly) http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5910374 So today marks 31 days with gluten (mostly) and without sugar. I will say, towards the end of my 30 days I did indulged in "sugar" a bit more. I had some delicious raw, vegan, paleo date bars (just dates, coconuts, and almonds) as well as lightly sweetened gluten free cereal. I am saying "lightly sweetened" because I have a feeling that if I had eaten sugar, that cereal would NOT BE SWEET. At all. But it was too me.

I have learned three things by doing this. Gluten doesn't d... Mon, 13 Apr 2015 08:27:54 EST Day 25: Reward Conundrums http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5907698 Today is Day 25 without consuming gluten (unless it was an accident) or sugar (unless it was dates).

I am doing really well, and have even stopped a lot of my bad habits. But I find myself starting to do them again. I will just have to continue to stay away from sugar and sugary stuff for the foreseeable future.

I think changing two things every 30 days is a good way to make positive changes in my life. Thirty days is a long of enough time to break or make a habit f... Wed, 8 Apr 2015 12:06:28 EST Day 24: New Personal Best and Revelations! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5907115 So today is day 24, mostly without gluten and sugar.

I might have fudged yesterday.

Day 23, Monday April 6 is a half day at work. Also my Friday. It went well, and my eye is doing much better. Every once in a while a strong smell will cause it to hurt, but the redness is gone and the puffiness is gone as well.

After work, my mom and I went out to eat. We decided on Panera. I thought it would be fine because I could have a salad and some soup. That sa... Tue, 7 Apr 2015 13:05:32 EST Day 22: The Day of Hurt... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5906250 So I am going to preface this by saying today is actually Day 23 without sugar or gluten. But since I am talking about yesterday, I am going to label my blog Day 22!

So, yesterday I went running. I know my knee has been hurting, but I am gluton for punishment, plus with the weather changing I wasn't too sure what the reason for the pain was. I made sure to ice it the day before (Saturday) and take some Advil before my run. And right as I was about ready put my shoes on and le... Mon, 6 Apr 2015 08:33:23 EST Day 18: Run, Run, Run! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5903518 So today is Day 18 without any sugar or gluten.

I am doing well in my runs too. I just completed C25k Week 5 Day 3 for the second time. A 20 minute run is hard to work up to yo!

I was able to get about 14:30 running until having to stop for one and half minutes of walking rest. Then finish out the run. Not great, but I don't quit until I have actually done it. It took me 8 runs of Week 4 to get up to five minutes, if it takes me 8 runs to get up to 20 minutes I will... Wed, 1 Apr 2015 11:16:15 EST Day 15: I Can't Believe What I Just Did! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5901754 Okay, so it's been 15 days without any added sugar or sugar subs, and 15 days without gluten. I feel better, less bloated, and my bowel movements are steadily getting better. I do however feel more tired, but maybe that because I am doing more. And I have been kinda stressed...work and all.

Yesterday I super anxious because I took Fat Boy Wilson, my cat, to get shots at work (one of the perks). And I didn't have any sugar. It was a win because I am a stress eater. When I have... Sun, 29 Mar 2015 15:00:18 EST Day 11: Another Multi-Day Run! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5899423 Yesterday I SMASHED my Week 5 Day 1 of C25k run! Today...not so much. It was a big difference from 5 minutes run to an 8 minute run.

Week 5 Day 2 is 8 minute run, 5 minute walk, 8 minute run. I did, well okay. For some odd reason I thought there was a 5 minute run between the two 8 minute runs, so my last interval I had two rest walks. Normally I only let myself have one.

I did about 7:00 minutes on the first one...which is a PERSONAL BEST! So I am super happy ... Wed, 25 Mar 2015 12:01:59 EST Day Ten: And Doing AWESOME! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5898998 So it's officially day ten of no sugar and no gluten. My stomach is definitely less upset and growly though my...ummm poo, is still not as great as it good be!

I was planning on writing a blog on Sunday, but right before I finished, Spark ate it and I had to go to work. So sorry if this blog is a little discombobulated.

Sunday I finally finished my C25k Week 4! It only too 8 runs, three weeks, and a lot of effort to get there. But really, once I finished my last 5 mi... Tue, 24 Mar 2015 18:56:46 EST Day Four: Sugar Free Is The Way For Me... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5895533 Though it is driving me bonkers!

It's day four of no sugar. No sugar like substitutes, and no sweets! The sweetest thing I have had was my toothpaste. Sure, I am eating things with "sugar" but it's corn and wine. Nothing sweet about it...trust me! Plus I am eating gluten free. So this means, though I can't have my candy or bread, I can have chips and popcorn. Basically I know my limits, and no that something "bad" is better than something "worse."

Today my stomach... Wed, 18 Mar 2015 21:54:12 EST Day 3: What I Am Doing, Why I Am I Doing It, and A Personal Best http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5894665 Wow, I am surprised it let me fit ALL that into my Blog Entry Title! Weee!

Today is officially Day 3 of NO GLUTEN and NO SUGAR! I am beginning to think I am a bit kookie for doing this. But it MUST BE DONE!

Going gluten free is pretty easy in all honesty. I can have some corn tortillas with my eggs, some popcorn has a snack, potatoes with my meal, and loads of grits! It's the sugar part I am having the issue with. I know, I know! I was keto for so long, why can... Tue, 17 Mar 2015 13:38:14 EST Another "Weekend" Gone... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5891394 You know that when you live and breathe for the weekends, or your days off work, you have issues. I always dread going back to work on Thursdays, especially since I am forced to clean dogs, when my expertise lies with cats.

I have being doing okay on my strength training and am already planning next months workouts. I basically just found this one on a whim and followed it, though it's not tailored to me. I have good leg strength, okay upper body, and horrible abs, so I definit... Wed, 11 Mar 2015 22:21:17 EST I Can Feel The Burn!!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5887370 So Monday I wasn't able to go for my morning run like I had planned to do. It was 7am, and everything was ready...when I locked my keys in the car. Of course, right? Not a huge deal being that we have an extra set, but at the moment, no one knew where the heck that extra set was. About 45 minutes later, right as I was pulling out of the drive in my mom's car, she found them. At least I was able to take my own car to work that day!

Tuesday I got to go for my run. It was the C2... Thu, 5 Mar 2015 08:30:45 EST March Madness! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5884695 If February was my "Move it" month, then March will be Move It and Strength Training it up!

Basically I am planning on doing what I did in February, which was mostly getting up and moving in the form of a C25k plan, and adding ST or strength training into the mix. I have printed out a Muscle Madness calander from BodyRock/DailyHIIT to do this month as well as focus on some BodyRock on my days off and still complete my running.

I even went out to jog today. I vastly ove... Sun, 1 Mar 2015 09:45:52 EST Gluten Free May Be For Me!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5882695 And I rhymed! I love when that happens, especially in a Blog Title!

I am not really focusing on being in Keto and by all means, I wasn't low carb at all yesterday or today. But I was gluten free. And I already see a difference on the scale. When I get in keto which is essentially gluten free, I drop pounds in a few days. And even though I wasn't low carb yesterday, I did drop about 2 pounds. So maybe I do have a bit of a gluten intolerance. It's a possibility because my mom,... Wed, 25 Feb 2015 19:49:45 EST Cold Weather Running... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5882144 So I did my C25k run today...in 31 degree weather. Brrrrr!

Luckily my double pants and Under Armour Cold Gear shirt helped a lot. And the run went really well. I was able to complete a three minute run, which was about 1/4 a mile. It took about 4 months to get to that point last time. And with my new shoes, I know I won't be hurting myself and I will even get farther than this. This was the most I have ever gotten in the past, so if I can surpass today, I will be doing AWESOM... Tue, 24 Feb 2015 22:55:58 EST Running and Running and Getting... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5880559 ...Somewhere!

Which is always better than NOWHERE! Right? Today's run was a good one for the most part. It was the first day of week 3 of my C25k Running App. This is the run I am dreading. You go from running 1:30 (1min 30sec) to a full 3 minute run. Well I didn't complete the full 3 minutes, but boy did I get close.

I am still right on track with how my runs should be. I was about 10 seconds away from completing the first 3 minute run, and 30 seconds away fro... Sun, 22 Feb 2015 13:55:03 EST Misha Is NOT Happy! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5876610 It's going be a quick one guys because I have to leave for work in 12 minutes! Eeek!

So yesterday I went to do my run. I had to use my new app. I had a few issues with it. At first I didn't hear the first prompt to run because I was playing my music through my iPhone and not through the app. Once I got that fixed, I started to hear the prompts.

And the first run was easy. Too easy. I completed each and every running interval, and a few were so easy I could have ... Mon, 16 Feb 2015 08:49:23 EST The Frustration is Mounting.... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5875674 I am so frustrated. And really mad. And just plain sick and tired of doing everything right and not seeing changes.

Sure I have had a slip up here and there. But nothing big enough to derail me. And of course I have been working out. Getting plenty of sleep. Eating right (for me). And nothing.

For two weeks, nothing lost. I have gained though. Even after a perfect day like yesterday, I gained. Sure it's a small amount. And sure it's only been two weeks. But I... Sat, 14 Feb 2015 13:39:52 EST Rest and Winning! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5874107 So Tuesday I opted for a "rest day."

Now this won't always be a rest day, but I need some extra ones here and there in the beginning so I don't burn myself out or hurt myself. Tuesday was basically just Skyrim day. A much needed Skyrim day. I had a bit of headache all day long though.

Today I go up and went exercising. Luckily the cedar is on it's way out, but I am finding the inhaler a great way to combat whatever it is that causes me to not be able to breathe when... Wed, 11 Feb 2015 21:15:43 EST Monday Funday! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5872696 Oops, I think I have used that title more than once. My bad!

Today was a half day at work. Typically I am scheduled from 8am to 1pm, but it's until we get done. Which was about noon today.

I woke up at 6:00am, bright eyed and bushy tailed. Why I don't know. So I decided that the workout I was planning to do after my work, would go before. The trail "opens" at 7:30am, so I knew it would be close. I got everything together for work, including a snack and got myself ... Mon, 9 Feb 2015 18:19:10 EST Misha Did WHAT? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5871882 So I did something a little crazy, a lot surprising, and a whole bunch of AWESOME!

I got up early, before having to leave for work which starts at 9:00am and RAN!

I did the second installment of my C25k program. I took the app from my iPod Touch and put it on my iPhone and am having some issues with it. But today I was able to complete each and every 1 minute run. Last time it was only 2 of them I completed! I love that I can already see progress! Just wish the weig... Sun, 8 Feb 2015 14:07:12 EST Keto Miracle? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5870926 I have been doing well for the most part.

Cedar count is down, so I am feeling better. Staying strong in keto as well.

Until today.

Evidently it was Employee Appreciation Day at work. Which normally is awesome, but they brought in pizza. Pizza, aka Misha's Kryptonite, was offered to all employees. Normally I would have said no, but it was Pizza Hut, which is my favorite. And they had the fancy pretzel and asiago crusts. And cookies. And I caved. <B... Fri, 6 Feb 2015 21:33:06 EST
