His back is missing about a quarter size patch of fur; his left leg had bloody scratches & maybe bites too. BUT he's alive! and appears he may have munched on some of the lettuce I put in the box as well as taken a few sips of water from bowl I left him. Unfortunately the buyer's funding is FHA, which is notorious for very low appraisals and inspections that can sometimes be overly picky -and result in deal breakers. In addition buyer needs us to provide 2% of the agreed house price; 100% of owners title insurance, 100% city/county transfer taxes, $525 towards 1 year home warranty plan.
