I always wear warm clothes, I stay inside when it’s cold outside, I stay away from people that have the flu, I get vaccinated every year and most importantly as they say... I wash my hands 100 times a day. But it makes no difference! I still get the flu every year this time! And that’s not it! I was abroad on a holiday where I did not have an internet connection so I have been away from the community and my trackers. Also my scales battery is finished so I could not weigh myself after I came back. It was a 1 week holiday that included a significant amount of walking and I watched what I ate as much as I could so I am hoping I did not gain any weight. <BR> <BR> I was in the middle of my 5K rookie challange when I left... ... It started 3 weeks ago and for those weeks I didn't lose much. Just a few hundred grams. Guess what? It's over! <em>244</em> <BR> <BR> I usually weigh myself only on Saturdays or Sundays. Last sunday when I weighed myself I was only 100grams lighter (about 0.2lb). Today in the morning a voice in my head told me to go and weigh myself. Well I did listen to it.
