Walking 5 minutes a day for the first week is doable for me I have had a real tough bout of gaining weight. I just returned to my Weight Management Doctor, and she has challenged to up my protein, and lower high sugar and high carbs. To stay on 2 fruits, 3 vegetables a day, with 2 protein packed snacks per day. Last year my goal was to have Joy, Peace and Prosperity. I did achieved these goals though a tumultuous year I remained peaceful, joyful, got a job bought a new car I met these goals.
