I had a lot of fruits and vegetables in my cart, fresh dairy, whole grain breads, but not a lot else. The freezer is well stocked with lean beef and pork, as well as chicken breasts, so no meat was needed. And few processed foods or snacks were included in my list or my cart. I can now quickly select common meals that we have, and often can find them in my history and then copy them to the present.
