I went over on it on a run a couple weeks ago. I am resting for another couple weeks in hopes it will heal whatever is going on. These little injuries are part of the joys of training I guess. :)
Not liking the no running....... but it's what has to be done....
stay tuned. Sun, 11 Nov 2007 10:16:44 EST Another 5 mile road race.. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=735403 I did a local 5 mile road race labour day and managed a 2st place finish in the male open class and a 12th overall. I was hoping for a better time, but the conditions weren't all the best and one steep hill kinda took the wind out of my sales and I lost pace for a bit. None the less, very happy with it and thankful I am able to go out and do these things and have fun with it!
Thanks for checking in on me, stay tuned for more to come...
