One, I am doing my workouts at lunch in a gym and feel like an idiot jumping around in front of everyone who is (sarcasm starts here) OBVIOUSLY looking at me while I stare at my iPad in a room that is ALL MIRRORS -- it's just weird. Two, since I've done it before I was kinda bored. So, onward. <BR> <BR> I have been continuing to go to the gym everyday that I go into the office + yoga classes twice a week. Happy New Year! <BR> <BR> So I finished up P90X with a fizzle rather than a bang. Overall good experience but there are 2 downsides for me personally: <BR> <BR> 1. It's a big time commitment every day. That being said, totally worth it but it's tough to find 1:15 a day to dedicate to the workout alone. Then you add in additional cool down time (I am a sweaty guy) and a shower and you are at 1:45 total which is tough in one sitting. <BR> <BR> 2. I missed cardio. Hard cardio....
