I had planned to be down 10 pounds from the goals I set about 5 weeks ago. Well I didn't stick to my plans or my goals. My fault but that is okay. I still have 13 days to play with and just set a little goal instead of such a big goal. Yes, for me 10 pounds can be a huge goal. So the goal for the next two weeks is 3 pounds.
