Haven't been this weight since I don't know when! Feeling really good about it too :)

Had a road trip down to Hawkes Bay last weekend to visit one of my sisters and family. Took the dog with me too. She didn't love being in the car, and being that it was a 5 hr drive there and back, I stopped a few times to give her a break. She was marginally better on the way back. Had a lovely weekend and my Stella had a fab time playing with ... Sun, 21 Oct 2012 14:44:22 EST Still only 1.5kg to go! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5081533 Well a month later and I'm still the same weight! Another plateau it would seem!

So time for a change -
1) I've stopped doing Jenny Craig - it was great doing this for a while. Taught me a lot about portion size. But I'm sick of their food now and am ready for some clean stuff I make myself. Although it was great not having to cook when I got home from work.
2) put some strength training back in my week - I haven't done and weights, or co exercises for ages, so need to s... Mon, 1 Oct 2012 03:37:25 EST Only 1.5kg to go! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5038980 Well, I'm getting closer to my goal weight, but it seems kind of like one of those things that you've been working towards for so long but it seems like you'll never get there!
192
My puppy is now much more grown up and she is such a good girl we can do my morning walks at my speed! She gives me no excuse for skipping a walk in the morning as if I don't take her out she's likely to chew the house, dig the garden or yard, or do some other random thing whist I'm at work! So... Fri, 31 Aug 2012 15:07:43 EST Crikey! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4985002 It would seem I haven't blogged here for over a month!

I'm still going strong with Jenny Craig, but am now doing it only 5 days per week and am doing 2 days on my own. They have really good recommendations for the number of serves per day of dairy, veges, fruit, grains, meat and fat. One of my own days I had a big dinner party to attend, so didn't quit follow the diet plan, but hey, t won't kill me!
190 468
Have been for a few walks with my puppy, bu... Tue, 24 Jul 2012 14:46:01 EST Imagery http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4933477 I find that each morning while I'm out walking that I have in my head this image of my body. It is especially there when I'm walking up hills as I can feel my AB muscles engage. I see myself as slim and athletic, with a tanned body, and a flat stomach that has a definite 6-pack! And as I walk you can see my AB's working!
344
When I get home and strip off to have a shower I am always surprised to see what is revealed once I take my clothes off! I'll give you the tip, it ai... Tue, 19 Jun 2012 16:32:42 EST Another good Friday result! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4927197 9
Well visited JC again this week for my weigh in (which I'd already done first thing at home) and I've lost another 0.4kg on JC scales and the same on my home scales! HOORAH! Even though the JC scales weigh me 1.4kgs heavier than my home ones, I'm still going down.
I measured my waist, hips and thighs this morning too, and I've lost another 2cm off my waist and I think 1cm off my thighs which is great. I really think I've noticed a difference since I've been doing more... Fri, 15 Jun 2012 03:03:06 EST Healthy BMI http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4916497 Well after weighing myself at home this morning and calculating my BMI, I am happy to report I have JUST made it into the healthy range! 24.9 is the upper limit of healthy, and that is what I am! Very excited and pleased!
334
I know when I go to JC this morning their scales will tell me otherwise, but I'll still be close-ish using calibrated scales, rather than my I-weigh-slightly-light versions. I think last week my scales weighed me 1.9kg lighter than the calibrated J... Thu, 7 Jun 2012 15:28:21 EST I know we shouldn't rely on scales, but . . . http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4899203 . . . It's really nice to see something concrete that motivates me towards my goal!

I started Jenny Craig about a month ago, as found that I had been sitting on a plateau for a few months, eating well and exercising lots, but going nowhere. Well that's not completely true because I felt good and strong, but I guess I was disheartened because my weight wasn't changing.

I know some people have said they don't even know why I'm trying to lose weight, as I look fine, and I'm... Sat, 26 May 2012 19:25:33 EST Clocking up the kilometres! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4888004 Well I finished my 28-day bootcamp workout last week, and hadn't really thought about my next exercise plan. So this week I have been getting up and going out for a walk each morning. The weather isn't completely ideal for this at the moment as it has been rainy all week. However that said, I only got drenched one morning. Unfortunately I went for another walk that evening with a fried, so it was a bit unpleasant putting on wet shoes! So I stuffed them down behind the heated towel rail so... Fri, 18 May 2012 23:35:28 EST Great snack ideas! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4881074 I received this link from Women's Health magazine, for great tasting snacks that won't bust your calories for the day! So thought I'd share with you all!

http://www.womenshealthmag.com/weight-lo
ss/healthy-snacking?page=11

Chek it out!

4 Mon, 14 May 2012 14:46:38 EST Not much of a loser :( http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4875690 Well I only lost 100g in the past week according to the scales at JC. To be honest I'm disappointed as I only had one meal where I didn't follow the plan, I exercised really well, and even didn't drink that much wine!
408
I think maybe with my stress levels being so high at the moment, my cortisol must be bumped up and is not letting me lose weight!? Or maybe my random/elusive period is coming?
15
I'm not giving up, but am tired of stress or my weird... Thu, 10 May 2012 14:37:57 EST A bit of an update http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4872689 Well it would seem my scales agree with the ones at Jenny Craig as they are now also showing that I have lost weight! There's nothing a like a new battery to get things working again :)

My scales do weigh me about 2kgs lighter than the ones at JC. interestingly I put my 8kg kettlebell on mine the other morning just to see what it said, and it weighed in at 9kg, so heavy. I can appreciate the my bathroom scales aren't very sensitive at such low weights, but still, I think I would h... Tue, 8 May 2012 16:58:48 EST A big loss! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4864137 Weighed in at Jenny Craig this morning - fully clothed, after breakfast including 2 cups of
tea and glasses of water after my workout . . . . and I had lost . . . . . . 1.6kg since last weeks weigh in!! Hoorah! I was pretty excited, as my weight hasn't changed for a couple of months now. So a good result after week 2 of JC.

I couldn't weigh myself on my home scales this morning as the battery was flat, so i couldnt compare the two. I did stop at the supermarket tonight duri... Thu, 3 May 2012 05:52:41 EST Bumper baking day! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4857124 Well today I made 3 different types of sourdough bread - ciabatta, Swedish cardamom buns and Pain de Campagne (French country loaf) - and it was great! I had only planned to make the first 2 breads, but had a lot of starter culture left over so decided to make the 3rd instead of throwing it out!

I could make bread every day I love it so much! I find it relaxing and rewarding, along the same lines as how I feel when I'm gardening. An old man once told me "it's hard to be angry with... Sun, 29 Apr 2012 06:21:07 EST What I've learnt http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4853721 From doing one week of the Jenny Craig programme:

- my portion size was wrong . . . Too big
- even though I've been eating good clean food, I've been eating too much, and too much of anything is bad
- my snacks have been too big
- I drink too much wine
- I don't drink enough water
- I eat too much when I'm out socially
- I'm exercising really well!

I didn't lose any weight after one week, but I still haven't quite gotten my head around the ... Thu, 26 Apr 2012 17:38:34 EST I am determined . . . http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4847513 To get below 70kg and stay there, and keep getting lighter!! I can, I can , I can!

To get below 70kg and stay there, and keep getting lighter!! I can, I can , I can!

To get below 70kg and stay there, and keep getting lighter!! I can, I can , I can!

215

I thought maybe if I put it out there it will actually happen!

9 Mon, 23 Apr 2012 04:40:59 EST VERY stressful week http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4845671 This past week has been just awful. It started last Friday when 2 of my senior staff handed me their resignations. They had both been head hunted by I can only presume our competitor who is looking to set up a lab at the zoo. But the main reason for leaving (other than the very attractive packages offered), was my manager (our network GM). They have had a complete guts full of him - his management style, he doesn't listen, he doesn't value them or respect their qualifications/experience, he... Sat, 21 Apr 2012 18:03:44 EST Given into my plateau . . . http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4842956 I have been the same weight since the middle of Feb. I change my exercise to a new thing about once a month, and exercise most days of the week, I'm eating healthily, sleep . . . well that could do with some work, stress levels . . . . . well they're a bit on the high side, hormone levels are all over the place but I'm working on that, and I thought I'd mostly been doing what I ought. HOWEVER, I don't appear to be getting any smaller over the past couple of months.

SO, I decided ... Thu, 19 Apr 2012 17:29:29 EST Bootcamp DVD http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4832215 Well I sure got a good sweat up this morning during my workout! I am really enjoying coach Nicole's bootcamp DVD. I started last Monday, so am up to day 12. I do find some of the moves a bit complicated, or maybe I'm just a bit uncoordinated! But I muddle through well enough. This morning it was 2 routines back to back, which was good.
198
I also then did my FFFU workout afterwards - this morning it was abs - they are only 10mins, but I find them very worthwhile for stren... Thu, 12 Apr 2012 16:43:40 EST Heavy nights sleep http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4829034 I've been sleeping poorly again for about the past week, and even over the weekend despite having a nice elaxing time. Just cant seem to get to sleep.

So last night I'd had a gutsful and decided to take a couple of valerian before sitting in the spa pool. Then when I went to bed after, I put in some ear plugs. I went to sleep no trouble at all and I slept like a dead person. I vaguely woke several times with my usual leg pain, and cats hogging the blankets, but I was still dream... Tue, 10 Apr 2012 16:38:44 EST De-stressing vs exercise . . . http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4825297 It's 10pm, Sunday night, and I'm just about to go to bed. I did no exercise today, but do you know what, I don't think it's that big a deal.

Here's what I did today: I woke up about 8am sandwiched between my 2 cats, and I thought how cool is this to have 2 great friends, no pressure, lots of lovin', always there, perfect house-mates. My siamese boy he loves a good belly massage, so he lay there, belly up waiting for me to give hum a rub, which of course i did. Then wee nosey pants ... Sun, 8 Apr 2012 06:18:35 EST Day 2 and feeling good! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4817954 So far my new programme is going well! Ok, so it's only day 2, but I'm excited to be doing something new!

Today I did the cardio-sculpt workout from the 28-day bootcamp DVD, followed by the all about arms workout from fit, firm and fired up (FFFU - almost looks like bad swear words when I abbreviate it! :), and after that my arms were like jello! I think maybe my 3kg dumbbells were a bit heavy for the fly type lifts, but I did them all!

Had a good day of eating, it real... Tue, 3 Apr 2012 05:34:51 EST Let the games begin! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4815366 Well i started using my new DVDs this morning - ladies and gentlemen, my next challenge is:

- the SP 28-day Bootcamp programme as scheduled here: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitnes
s_articles.asp?id=1659

- one 10min workout per day from SPs Fit, Firm and Fired up DVD

- at least a 30 minute walk no less than 5 days per week, plus one of these must be over 1 hour (walking speed for all walks 6km/hr)

But wait there's more!

- Taic... Sun, 1 Apr 2012 17:43:36 EST All Sparked Up! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4812776 Well boy oh boy did a get a bumper crop in my post box this morning!? The 3 workout DVDs I bought from Amazon arrived - FIT, FIRM & FIRED UP, CARDIO BLAST, 28-DAY BOOTCAMP! All Spark workouts, and now all mine!
307
Their arrival was very timely as I just finished my 6-week Kettleworx programme on Friday! So now I can start me a new programme and it will revolve around the uses of these 3 DVDs!
308
How cool is that?
348
Very coo... Fri, 30 Mar 2012 20:30:45 EST Age and stage issues http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4806358 To be honest this perimenopausal thing is starting to get me down.
- I am moody
- my periods are all over the place (no sooner has one finished and i get another!) contributing to the above
- I've been losing my cool at work (see above)
- I'm sick of getting thrush before each period, made worse by having so many of them!
- don't know if I'm losing weight or not as continually seem to be fighting menstrual bloat
- I just don't seem in control any more

... Mon, 26 Mar 2012 21:47:45 EST Sunday mornings http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4792323 I usually get up when I wake up, make a pot of tea and take it back to bed and read my book for a while. Sunday is the only day of the week I don't have to get up and be somewhere, so I like to treat myself with a leisurely start.

Not today however! I had friends staying Friday and Saturday night, which meant I couldn't go to Taichi yesterday morning and I didn't get to wake up in my own time today. But it was nice catching up with them so that was a bonus. They have gone off to d... Sat, 17 Mar 2012 17:08:10 EST Another week begins! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4782286 I think autumn is definitely infiltrating what is left of our rubbish summer. The mornings are cooler, it's been a bit rainy, the sun is rising later and setting early, daylight savings must just about be over. I know most of you at the top end of the planet are rejoicing because spring is showing it's face! Pinegirl10 commented that she has had a mild winter in Illinois, so here's hoping your summer is a lot more punchy than your winter, and our summer.

That said, the weather her... Sun, 11 Mar 2012 16:27:08 EST Not a great week . . http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4779335 . . . for exercise or anything else for that matter! Only did one walk after work, missed exercise for the entire day on Thursday, had too many stressful things to do at work, had to take my baby-girl cat to the vet as she managed to smash 2 teeth while i was away ($600 and 2 teeth out), didn't get nearly enough sleep and to top it all off I got my period!

So today I will make amends! I had a soak in the spa pool first thing as woke up early and couldn't go back to sleep; once I'... Fri, 9 Mar 2012 14:14:31 EST It's life Jim ...... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4770152 ........ but not as I want to know it!

I know Bones didn't quite put it like that (Star Trek for those who don't recognize the misquoted quote), but I'm back at work today after my wonderful 2 week break. Feel relaxed, recharged, and ready for most things, but am not sure about work. I hope people don't start complaining to me the minute I walk back in the door!

Disturbingly I woke in the night thinking about work, which shows it has been playing on my mind.

I... Sun, 4 Mar 2012 14:17:42 EST Post holiday measure up! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4765849 Well it's the start of a new month, so time for my regular measure up. Seemed a bit mean this time around as I only got back home from holiday last night, but there's no rest for the wicked! I know I exercised well while away (and it was great out walking with my friend's and my sister's dogs), but I was reasonably relaxed about eating, although was still aiming to keep on track as best as I could without tracking, or being a food Nazi!
So here are my measurements taken this morning 2n... Thu, 1 Mar 2012 18:10:49 EST Never use a change room with 3 mirrors! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4760897 It was so hot today (32C) that I forgo the beach or poolside and headed for the comfort of the aircon in the nearest mall. Desperately need some new tops, and had the misfortune of trying some on in a fitting room with 3 mirrors.

Now, even though I was only trying on tops, I was wearing a dress, so had to whip that off to try the merchandise. Well do you know with 3 strategically placed mirrors you can see how big your bum is, the hangy down fat area that seems to generate under ... Tue, 28 Feb 2012 02:22:12 EST Feeling human again :) http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4756062 Despite the fact that I'm looking after two teenagers on my "holiday", I am feeling very relaxed! The kids pretty much take care of themselves, and a few early starts aren't going to kill me. I'm really enjoying being a stay at home fake mum!

The weather is great (25-30C), besides dropping the kids here and there, making lunches and washing clothes, I'm mostly lying by the pool, reading books, taking swims, working on my tan, taking the dog for a walk and still managing to do my b... Sat, 25 Feb 2012 06:15:09 EST Keeping on track while on holiday! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4751914 Holiday is a strong word as I'm housesitting, dog sitting and children minding for a friend. I have done some great walks and will now be walking the dog every morning after dropping the kids at the school bus. Today we walked to the dog park, through the ball around for about 20mins and walked back - about 1hr20 all up.
200
I've just completed my 28-day bootcamp day 2&3 workouts, put a load of washing on and am now going to go and take a swim and lie by the pool reading ... Wed, 22 Feb 2012 18:57:08 EST Magic scales! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4742838 Well I'm convinced my bathroom scales are having me on! I reckon they've heard me bang on about how I want to be under 70kg before I go on holiday, and thought, come let's make her feel good!

And I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day, up and down, yeah I know, but it's not going to kill me right? And its not like your weight just magics itself off (or not) on a Sunday night ready for the weigh in on Monday morning!

So anyway, Monday 71.5kg (period weight), Tuesday 71... Fri, 17 Feb 2012 05:25:41 EST quiet Thursday for a change http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4741125 Well I was intending to go to my usual Thursday night Taichi class and walk up One Tree Hill, but I've had a bit of an odd guts today, with frequent visits to the bathroom, so wasn't entirely convinced I'd make it through my walk and class without an accident! Besides, it feels like someone has scraped my insides out, so I've headed home after work instead.

I did manage to do the Shred it with weights workout this morning mostly using my new "big boy" 8kg kettle bell, plus my 28-da... Thu, 16 Feb 2012 01:21:21 EST Weight loss Wednesday! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4739517 Well, my weight hadn't dropped as per usual after my period, which was reasonably irritating as I was starting to think I'd turned into the Michelin woman, . . . . . and was going to stay bloated, . . . . . . . . or puff up even more and float away into the heavens . . . . . . or alternatively sink to the bottom of the ocean coz I was a tad on the heavy side!

HOWEVER . . . . Yesterday I weighed 0.5kg less than Monday, then this morning I weighed 0.6kg less than yesterday! Waahey! J... Wed, 15 Feb 2012 04:19:41 EST New weights have arrived! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4737843 I've been using 1.5kg dumbbells and a 4kg (mostly) and a 2.5kg kettle bell (only for punches) for a while now and have decided I could be working harder.

So I bought a pair of 3kg dumbbells - I even tried them out and by doing 15 reps of a vertical press from shoulder height my arm was feeling fatigued (which is what Coach Nicole recommended), and an 8kg kettle bell! The bell does seem quite heavy, but I will only be using it for the 2-handed moves with swinging.

So I ... Tue, 14 Feb 2012 02:11:23 EST Lazy start to Sunday . . http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4734508 . . . but finished strong!

Sunday mornings are the only morning of the week I have no commitments. No work, no tai chi class, so I get to take it easy. Had a nice sleep in, made a cuppa tea and took it back to bed to drink while reading my book. Made a nice smoothie for late breakfast then continued reading my book on the sofa. The cats enjoyed it as much as I did!

Got a bit of a surprise when a friend rang asking did I want to go for a walk and I noticed it had somehow... Sat, 11 Feb 2012 23:34:51 EST Happy Friday! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4730786 Day 5 video done for my 28 days boot camp! I did find the leg raises for the internal leg muscles hard, but not as hard as the bridge on one leg whilst lowering the other to the floor! Couldn't do it! Had to rest my sorry butt on the mat!

Also did my kettleworx resistance week 3 workout this morning which was good. Didn't get to do a walk yesterday or Wednesday as had other commitments straight after work which is a bit of a shame. However the other commitments involved good times ... Thu, 9 Feb 2012 14:14:12 EST Can't run, can't hide http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4726438 Well I had a double up morning today as I was a way for 3 days and was unable to do my 28 day bootcamp workouts. So today I caught up on day 6&7 which were my Sat/Sun. Tomorrow I'll catch up on Mon/Tues, then Wed I'll be able to do my Wed+Bonus workouts! Easy!

Did manage to do a bit of walking while I was away, but the weather was rubbish so we mostly stayed indoors and played scrabble and drank cups of tea! I did say no to chocolate cake and ate fruit instead (only had one piece ... Tue, 7 Feb 2012 04:11:31 EST No walk tonight but . . . http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4719830 . . . Had a great de-stressing evening with a friend making a double batch of bread, eating noodles, drinking wine (too much) and chewing the fat! GREAT night! Really needed that.
Now I've taken my 2 x valerian and am headed to bed.
Sleep well friends. xx
102 Fri, 3 Feb 2012 06:49:43 EST What makes me stressed? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4717873 I've been thinking about this a lot lately, well since before Xmas and i lost my cool at one of my staff at work. I complained about myself to HR and told them what had happened. This one particular staff member really aggregates me, but I need to be able to find ways to let it go, and not get cross.

I didn't really think I was particularly stressed, just as stressed as your average manager of 16 people. But once I stopped and thought about all the stressors in my life (and I kno... Really happy with the amount of exercise I'm getting, and the more I do, the more I want to do!

Not feeling too stressed at work (other than no aircon for 2 days!), had one decent night's sleep this week (that needs improvement), eating is all good (I really wanted something sweet tonight after dinner and instead of indulging in som... Wed, 1 Feb 2012 03:06:25 EST 2 challenges on the go! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4713586 So challenge 1 - Stress busters- not starting off well here as am still sleeping badly which means a little bit on the ratty side! I am trying to improve things (whale song as a lullaby worked ok, but I think I had it up a bit loud. Not convinced lullabies are my thing) tonight I'll be taking valerian. Have been keeping a journal, and was very pleasant at work today despite the aircon not working and the entire lab feeling like a sauna! Unhappy hot staff, but they sucked it up which was gre... Tue, 31 Jan 2012 02:51:33 EST Next = 28day bootcamp http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4711455 Started the 28-day spark bootcamp challenge this morning (not the DVD), so it seems its along the same lines as the JJS. A Spark strength workout each morning along with at least 30mins cardio 5 days a week. So this together with my kettle bell training should work out just fine.
Today I did week 2 kettleworx cardio workout, plus the bootcamp 10min cardio routine - I was flagging at the end. Mowed the lawns in the stinking midday heat, scrubbed the mildew off my outdoor table and hosed ... Mon, 30 Jan 2012 02:35:56 EST Need to get more sleep http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4710596 I was just revising my action steps for stage 3 of my sparkdiet, and the question was "what is your trouble goal". Well mine is definitely not getting enough sleep! The main problem areas are:

1) I periodically suffer from insomnia
2) I'm a light sleeper and mostly sleep with ear plugs in to muffle noise
3) I don't go to bed early enough often enough
4) I'm often tired

so reading the above, I reckon I'm not doing much to help myself! Because of 1&2 I shoul... Sun, 29 Jan 2012 16:27:04 EST January Jumpstart finished - next? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4709090 My results after the JJS weren't mind blowing but I have reduced some measurements, my waist is another cm smaller as are my hips, I did weigh less yesterday (70.6kg) but today weighed more (71.2kg) so go figure!
I feel good, which is VERY important, I'm still mostly eating well, exercising regularly, drinking water (probably my worst area), I feel more toned, and am definitely fitter! So all round it's a GREAT result!
334
So what's next?
Well I'll be continuing... Sat, 28 Jan 2012 18:21:33 EST Hooray Friday! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4705291 Hooray, it's Friday, it's day 6, and week 4 of my january jumpstart, it's been a good month of working out! Coach Nicole's Upper body sculpt was good this morning , although I think my arms were already tired from my 20min Kettleworx resistance workout (week 1) as I found the standing flies a bit difficult. Last day of JJS tomorrow, so will weigh / measure myself on Sunday to see how i did! A bit exciting!
Had to get up an hour earlier this morning as I have to start work an hour earli...
