I stayed up late last night after the girls left. We had so much fun, and were filled with laughter and I was charged with energy and couldn't sleep. It doesn't take THAT much time to be accountable. Plus the foods I track are ones that I eat over and over and over, so once its in there, its just a matter of pulling it up. I believe I went over on calories though, and I'm really not sure what the calorie count was on the dinner I ate so I estimated high. Its challenging to know the calorie count because I eat at client's homes 5 nights a week. Even so, attempting to know the calorie count will be much more accountable than just logging what I eat. <BR> <BR> I did get some fun exercise in by taking clients to the hot ...
