Felt good, even in the 33 degree temperature. A few of the 60 second jogging parts seemed like forever! I did get a little injury, my shoe/sock rubbed my heel raw, I'll make some adjustments for my next time out. Pushed myself out of bed at 6 am(I'm so not a morning person!). Pushed myself out the door for my 4 mile walk/jog. Pushed myself to keep jogging instead of doing just spurts. I actually pushed myself through the first 2 miles! I actually jogged 2 continuous miles! I didn't think that I could do that! My norm is to jog in spurts of up to .5 a mile through out my 4 miles to equal 2 miles. Today I just decided to keep pushing myself to see how far I could make it....
