Yesterday at work I wanted to work out between sets of paper work so for 15 mins or so off and on I pushed back my chair and did squats at my desk however I forgot to stretch before hand. between that and walking the office and shop for most of the day my thighs are feeling the burn today. So my thought don't forget the stretch you will not like yourself later if you don't. I am still in college which for me was a big leap, part of me said you can't do it the other part says what do you have to loose. I have had the same warring of the minds when it comes to working out and loosing weight. I get on the scale and see very little change and my mind goes to the dark side. Today the kids officially get out for summer vacation. I have had a lot of pressure this week to get all of our drivers organized and get ready for the last day. I am excited that it is finally over but at the same time I wish there was more. I will miss hearing my drivers voices everyday. The stress has definitely made me look at what I eat and when I eat it. I have had to bring healthy snacks because I find myself munching more to compensate f... Fri, 28 May 2010 11:32:35 EST finished fist session well I am quite impressed I have finished my first session of college and still lost weight. I have learned that if I use working out to eliminate the stress then it truly does help with the weight loss and keeping yourself focused. I am liking life a whole lot better now that the weight is coming off I have more energy and am excited to get out and do things with my friends. Tue, 11 May 2010 11:13:04 EST making it well college is going along just like I hoped it would so far so good. I have had lots of support and help with all my assignments so far. I spent last weekend with my family and didn't remember to track my calories or anything I just enjoyed myself and when I got home I had found that I hadn't really lost any weight but I didn't gain any either. I wouldn't have cared even if I gained a couple of pounds being with family I hadn't been with in years made it all worth while.
