So, yeah, I've been "taking it easy" for a while now. I still track what I'm eating and everything, but I've been pretty lenient with myself. I am still at 221 (which means I've only lost 9 lbs this year, haha! Hey, but a loss is a loss right!?), but that is about to change. For the last few days I have created an easy, but effective, exercise regiment for myself. 3 sets of 20 crunches, 2 sets of 20 leg lifts, and 20 minutes of card... But have no fear, I am still losing! I have lost 33 pounds so far! Life has just been a wee bit busier than previous. Between watching my kiddo, doing work on the side for my mom, keeping the house clean, getting everything ready to enroll in school for next semester (exciting!!!), and of course hanging out with my friends and family, blogging has just been pushed to the back burner. In fact, I've never been much of a drinker at all. I never felt "thirsty". So, my problem wasn't that I was guzzling down a 2 liter of pop every day... So when I saw today that another pound was gone, I felt ecstatic! Especially because this marks that I have lost 10 lbs!
