I just had my son after many years of prayer. He was born September 25th. I had to have a c-section. I really didn't gain but about ten pounds my pregnancy. I just weighed myself yesterday and I weighed less than I did before I was pregnant. It's amazing how that worked out and am feeling rather good about my body at the moment. I am gonna keep up on my walking like I was during my pregnancy. Now it's a matter of getting a schedule going with having a baby. I used the elptical got to 4.5 miles and walked jogged a mile. I was tired but it felt great. Last Sunday at work I was slow so I made a goal chart for each month. If the weight comes off like it should for at least five pounds per month I will be at my goal weight in June of 2014. I started pushing myself to work out for at least an hour and a half instead of the hour. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm really enjoying working out. I use the eliptical for 1:05 and get up to 4.5 miles then I use the abdomial, rotation, and arm machine. Then the last two times I started walking and jogging. I'm gonna get this weight off. God blessed my husband with a bike. I didn't have one so after we had had lunch on his lunch hour I got a bike! I love it! I was reading online and it said that you burn the same amount of calories as running plus it's not hard on your knees, huge bonus.
