I gained 4-5lbs back and am feeling less toned than I was before at the same weight. Progress:-) I found my secret weapon, Spin class! I was feeling like I had hit a plateau and then I started going to spin class 2-4x per week. I am seeing the difference. I finally got back into some of my old clothes and am on my way to hitting my target weight. I have 12 lbs to go, but can already see the difference from January to the present. Wed, 17 Apr 2013 13:04:14 EST Struggling to stay positive So I am reading ALL the articles and getting feedback about the best ways to lose this last 10 lbs. In 2.5 months I have lost about 9 lbs which while good, isn't as much as I thought I could lose based on my activity level and diet. <BR> <BR> I try to be really diligent about writing down all of my food, but I must be underestimating or something because I have not lost any weight in a while and have stepped up my workouts. Fri, 22 Feb 2013 14:47:45 EST Totally went off the deep end:-( I had been trying to slowly work toward a juice fast by making veggie juice for breakfast and eating as normal. The last few days I tried to increase the juice to account for breakfast and lunch. I was doing pretty well and feeling good about how things were going... Then yesterday, my husband's birthday happened and I lost all self control. I ate everything I shouldn't have and drank more than I planned. Fri, 1 Feb 2013 17:50:34 EST Focusing on Health this week, rather than weight. I have to admit, I am feeling really disappointed today. I have been going to the gym consistently, eating within my allotted calorie/ nutrition plan and taking weekly classes and nightly walks. I have actually gained a pound back! I had pretty good momentum going Monday but knew that I would have limited exercise on Tuesday due to a busy schedule and not being at work. I was a cardio fool this week and have been feeling a lot better as a result.
