Sun, 17 Mar 2013 11:54:13 EST February 2013 Summary http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5271473 February was a slow but steady month.

Here is my summary:
1/30/13 - 199.0
2/06/13 - 198.0
2/13/13 - 196.0
2/20/13 - 193.4
2/27/13 - 191.4

My goal was to be in the 180's by March 1st, but I didn't quite make it. I was close though!
Today it is March 3rd, and I am 189.2, so if February had a normal amount of days in it, maybe I would have made it? lol.

There was really only one day in February where I didn't stick with my diet, ... Sun, 3 Mar 2013 17:49:28 EST January 2013 Summary http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5239305 In January, I started over on my weight loss journey. I was at an all time of high of 213 at the beginning of this January. Two years ago, my highest weight was 207 and I thought that was high. I lost about 35 pounds, and then in the Summer of 2012 I started putting it back on until finally, January 2013 rolls around to my 213 weight.
46

I'm happy to say that I lost a total of 14 pounds this January. I'll admit, I wanted it to be more, considering I know the first... Tue, 5 Feb 2013 20:59:12 EST Superbowl workout complete! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5237849 Last night during the Superbowl, I decided to do the opposite of what I've always done during the Superbowl.

Last night, I worked out! I played a workout game. I didn't drink. I didn't eat junk.

Today I feel great and accomplished!

This is the game I played:
www.dailyspark.com/blog.asp?post=the
_super_bowl_exercise_game_work_out_whi
le_you_watch
Mon, 4 Feb 2013 21:32:19 EST 21 Personal Habits that Keep me on track http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5230979 This month I've been successful in my weight loss. I'm going to track down some of the things I did so that if I start having a bad month, I can refer back to this to see what I can do to get back on track!

1. Sign up for gym classes (paid ones) early. If my class is at 6am the next morning, I try to sign up around noon or 1pm the day before when my motivation levels are high. If I wait until the evening, I might not "feel like" I want to get up early the next morning.

2... Wed, 30 Jan 2013 22:57:37 EST Two events this year that keep me motivated http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5217618 Right now I'm around 203 pounds. I was around 213 at Christmas.

In July, we have a family event that will involve bathing suits and distant family. So that gets me thinking.... the last time I would have seen these people was at my high weight of 213. If I stay on track, I could be somewhere in the 150's by mid July! That will be a 60 pound loss and it will be like I'm a new person. It gives me good motivation to keep going every day. I don't want to be the fat one in the family an... Mon, 21 Jan 2013 20:43:04 EST Wednesday is the new day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5215630 I've decided to change my weigh-in day to Wednesdays. I feel like this is the most accurate reflection of my work I've done.

I work 10-12 hour shifts Monday-Friday, and I get up and walk around a lot of those days. Plus I work my 6am workouts 2-3 times during M-F. Then Sat/Sun rolls around, and even if I do work out and don't cheat on my diet, for some reason, my Monday weigh-in is usually higher than what I weighed on Friday morning. Perhaps I'm just less mobile on the weekends. I... Sun, 20 Jan 2013 13:40:23 EST Getting through Week 2 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5205777 In my first week on this diet (or "lifestyle change"), which was last week, I lost 7 pounds.

As suspected, I knew my body would start holding onto the weight in this 2nd week (just like the week 2 curse on the Biggest Loser).

A couple days ago, I was 204, which was another 2 pound loss, but this morning I was over 205 :(
Yesterday I exercised and actually ate UNDER my calorie range. And this morning my scale shows a GAIN??

This happens to me every time I ...
