Two years ago, my highest weight was 207 and I thought that was high. I'm going to track down some of the things I did so that if I start having a bad month, I can refer back to this to see what I can do to get back on track! <BR> <BR> 1. Sign up for gym classes (paid ones) early. If my class is at 6am the next morning, I try to sign up around noon or 1pm the day before when my motivation levels are high. I was around 213 at Christmas. <BR> <BR> In July, we have a family event that will involve bathing suits and distant family. I feel like this is the most accurate reflection of my work I've done. <BR> <BR> I work 10-12 hour shifts Monday-Friday, and I get up and walk around a lot of those days. Plus I work my 6am workouts 2-3 times during M-F. Then Sat/Sun rolls around, and even if I do work out and don't cheat on my diet, for some reason, my Monday weigh-in is usually higher than what I weighed on Friday morning.
