I ignored the fact that I had to jump around to get them on. Then I noticed that I looked really bad in almost all of my pants and so I stopped wearing everything except my yoga pants, sweat pants, and one pair of jeans that are on the bigger side. I've been wearing those since the summer and nothing else. Since losing 12 pounds I was hoping to lose 5 more pounds and then try on some of my pants... I made my breakfast juice and I just felt so sick. I know nausea is part of the juice cleanse, but this morning it was too much to handle, and so i didn't drink my juice and had apple slices instead.
