I had a really bad allergy problem last week, part of it was I missed one of my allergy shots, plus I think i over worked myself with working out and school and work and I didn't leave time for my body to recover. About four years ago I was really into kickboxing and I lost a good amount of weight doing that, running and eating very healthy. Then I noticed that I looked really bad in almost all of my pants and so I stopped wearing everything except my yoga pants, sweat pants, and one pair of jeans that are on the bigger side. I know nausea is part of the juice cleanse, but this morning it was too much to handle, and so i didn't drink my juice and had apple slices instead. One of my favorite places to eat is Qdoba (Its like Chipotle but I think its 10 times better!). But they give you so much food, and sometimes its not all that good for you! The last few days have been good, although I didn't make my step goal every day I still did good! Yesterday I finished the first set of boxes on my reward chart! The first one there is only five and the reward after taking over 10,000 steps in a day for five days I get a back rub from my boyfriend. The next set is 10 days and the end of that one is buying bubble bath stuff which I never do and taking a nice long bubble bath. So I've been struck by injury again...I feel like I can't catch a break. On the anniversary of my first 5k I was really excited and I was all set with a great pace, but then my back started to hurt. So the last few weeks during my runs with my running group I go about three or four miles and I get the chills, I don't stop sweating but if I keep going my stomach starts getting upset. I had cereal for breakfast, and I snacked on fruits and veggies. Then for dinner I made steak for my boyfriend and I and it was very simple and healthy and delicious. I felt so good, I ended up only eating about 500 calories today, even though I ate all day! I'm going to have a few strawberries tonight with maybe a little chocolate, but I'm not sure! Yesterday at my school we started Greek week where all the Greek organizations get together and there is tons of activities. Yesterday was pyramid where you make a human pyramid in about three seconds. Its great excersize and it was a lot of fun practicing for. It was so much fun, and its gotten me back into a feeling of getting back into the grove of things. I think I strained something on the top of my foot. There are three treadmills and 3 ellipticals and three bikes. There is about 5,000 people so thats really not enough. On sunday's the gym is only open from 4-8 which really sucks.
