I kind of took a few days off last week for my BF's birthday and this week with the miserable weather, I wasn't feeling like doing anything let alone workout.

I got back into it though despite myself and I have been nailing all my workouts. I am starting to notice changes already and I am only just finished week two. The other day after my workout I went to my... Sun, 2 Feb 2014 12:58:17 EST T25 a week (and a bit) in http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5606084 So I finished week one of focus t25 and I have to say that I am really enjoying it. It is much more my speed than insanity. I haven't lost any weight with it yet but I did my measurements on Thursday and I was down a half inch on my thighs! (woo hoo!)

My BFs birthday was on Friday so I didn't start my week two until today. In order to maintain the current schedule, I am doing today and tomorrow as a double day in addition to the double day scheduled for Tuesday (Thursday and Frida... Sun, 26 Jan 2014 11:27:59 EST T25 day 3 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5599271 Today I did day three of the T25 program. My workout today was the Total Body Circuit. I had to check off "Barely Made It" on the workout calendar. I was doing ok and then about halfway through I found myself not being able to do all the planks and push ups. I am sure I will do better with it next time but I just found that even following the modifiers, I was only able to just barely get through some of the moves. I was sweating bullets by the end of it.

I have to say that I reall... Sun, 19 Jan 2014 18:37:06 EST T25 day 2 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5598009 I started T25 yesterday. After attempting to do Insanity two times (once in November and again the start of January) I was looking for something different. I started Insanity because I wasn't enjoying P90x anymore but didn't want to stop working out. Insanity was just too difficult.

So the other day I got a copy of T25. I did Alpha Cardio yesterday. I had to do the modifier moves for a couple of them in this video but that is ok. I like that there is a modifier in T25. There wasn'... Sat, 18 Jan 2014 13:03:03 EST Yay me! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5374439 So my work is starting to pay off I think. I had someone I work with comment on how I am starting to slim out. I told her the scale isn't really moving and she said I must be toning. It is nice to have someone else notice it. I am slowly starting to notice it myself.

Since I started in February, I am now down 10 pounds. I would have liked it to be more but my body tends to hold on to weight and weight loss is an excruciatingly long process sometimes. I know that it is because my b... Sat, 1 Jun 2013 10:04:31 EST Cycle commuting http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5360269 I am sufficiently proud of myself this week. While I did not do as many Daily hiit videos this week as I planned, I think I was sufficiently active this week now that I have incorporated biking into my work commute. I biked for four days this week which involves about 20-25 minutes between home and job one each way and about 20 minutes between home and job 2 or between job one and job 2.

For example, on Tuesday and Thursday, I biked from home to work 1 (25 minutes), from work one... Sat, 18 May 2013 13:55:32 EST Bike is back http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5354070 I have kind of gotten off track with my workouts. Aside from my daily walking between jobs I only did two daily hiit videos in the month of April. Bad Mary!

With the upcoming wedding of my BF's sister in December, I really need to get myself into shape.
I did the Daily Hiit video "The hiit #8-OMG Tight Workout". I really liked this video. I have really been enjoying Sean and Candice's videos together. I think they work really well with each other and the modification options ... Sun, 12 May 2013 13:51:31 EST Slow week but some progress made. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5298068 So this past week I haven't really done a lot of workouts. I did one workout last Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday. I found that getting back to the routine of my work schedule kind of drained me this week. I walk in between my shifts so I was still getting something in even though it wasn't a workout video.

Happy news though, I went down in weight this week after not loosing in the last two and a half weeks. It wasn't a lot but it is down a bit. yay!

My plan for today i... Sun, 24 Mar 2013 09:59:13 EST 8 week challenge? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5296125 So at my work, there is a poster for this 8 week challenge where I will have to follow a strict diet and exercise plan. I will have to give up caffeine (oh god help me), sugar, and wheat. I am not sure what else I will have to modify as well but it sounds really good.

A few of the other teachers are thinking of doing it and I might register. I asked the boyfriend if he would be willing to and he said "you can do it but I don't think I will" lol. They have to confirm the prices are... Fri, 22 Mar 2013 11:13:33 EST Spring is on it's way. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5288817 Today I revisited a daily Hiit video I have already done. I did Hiit Tabata 2 again today. I really like that workout. They haven't posted another Tabata video since that one and I was in the mood to do it again. It is funny how I managed to do both p90x and 30 day shred where I repeated the same videos over again constantly. I don't know how I kept my attention with it. I like having a new video every day. it keeps my exercise ADD at bay better.

They have re-done their website a... Sat, 16 Mar 2013 13:35:22 EST Push it http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5287710 Yesterday I don't post a blog of my workout because I didn't really do much of one. I was having a kind of clumsy day so I only did one round of Hiit Body. So a 5 minute workout isn't much but it was better than none I suppose.

Today I did the latest Hiit Reps video posted by Lisa. As with most of their videos they want you to replay it and do 3 rounds. Well, unlike most of their videos, this one was about 14 minutes on it's own so replaying it for three rounds would have been a 4... Fri, 15 Mar 2013 12:28:58 EST Super Sandbag training http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5285229 I am on March Break. Working two part time jobs in schools has it's perks sometimes. My week has consisted mainly of keeping up with stuff around the apartment, working on a gift for my soon to be nephew or niece and of course, working out.

Up until now, I really haven't went and splurged on any of the workout equipment that bodyrock uses. I am in the process of making my own ugi ball. I just have to buy the weight and the filler still. I am using free weights for all the exercise... Wed, 13 Mar 2013 12:20:16 EST Picture progress post-1.5 months in http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5280061 Did my workout this morning. It was a body weight workout and MAN was it tough. I hate dive bombers. They are brutal. I feel better having done it. I kind of slacked off a bit this week and only got four out of my five workouts done. I feel like I was lazy because of it. I decided that I was going to post a few progress pics wearing my goal outfit. I can wear it but it is a swim suit so it does stretch. You can still see that it is toning up.

I forgot to post a "before" picture so... Sat, 9 Mar 2013 11:59:25 EST Fit test results: One month later http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5271034 So today my workout was the Daily Hiit Fit test. I wanted to see how my results changed from when I started on January 28th. I must say, I am VERY proud of myself. I am so much stronger and my endurance is much better. When I fist did the fit test I was wheezing after the first exercise. I still found it tough though that point of exhaustion was later on in the moves. :)
I set my Gymboss timer app for 50 seconds with ten second rest and went to it. to compare, I will post my original sco... Sun, 3 Mar 2013 11:46:13 EST Body Rock-One month in. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5269557 I am so proud of myself. I have re-committed myself to working out on a regular basis with the Body Rock Daily Hiit workouts. I have been doing 5 workouts a week since January 28th.
I did my weekend weigh in today and I am amazed with my results. I have lost an average of two inches all over my body and I have gone down 8 pounds. I am so happy. I think that I have found the workout style that is best suited to me.

I am going to post the changes that I have documented so far.... Sat, 2 Mar 2013 10:18:50 EST Skip a dee doo dah http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5268988 Today's workout involved Hiit Tabata #2. I did find it to be a more manageable Tabata workout than the first one. The moves were challenging yet not so advanced I couldn't do them. I started and I struggled through the first round of pushups and the plank. I realized I forgot to put my Gripads on. I replayed the video a total of 6 times and in rounds 2-6, I OWNED those pushups. I did the stacked foot pushups like a boss. I was so proud of myself.

I did the newest Hiit Core workout... Fri, 1 Mar 2013 20:21:39 EST Sweaty mess http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5266428 Holy canolli. Lisa is killing me. I did Hiit Body #9 Sexify your body. What a tough circuit. I was dying through a lot of it for all three rounds. After the one leg abs at the end of the third round, I was dead on the floor. I feel great having finished it though. I love how good these workouts make me feel about myself and that I know I am making my body healthier.

Wed, 27 Feb 2013 20:06:23 EST Muscle cramps :( http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5263888 My abs are still a little sore from yesterday. I am taking today as an off day. I was considering doing a video tonight but I started getting wicked leg cramps when my BF and I were out getting dinner. I will re-convene tomorrow.

The new setup that the Daily Hiit is doing with a bonus every day is giving me lots of selection to work with. I wish I had a set of equalizer bars to work with. So far I have 20 dollars in my workout bucket since I started working out again at the beginn... Mon, 25 Feb 2013 20:30:34 EST Killing me now Abs http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5262499 So this morning I decided to do the Hiit Core workout "Kill me now Abs". I had to do three rounds of the video which was ok. I managed to get through them all but wow! What an intense core workout.

The first move was a Side plank with an alternating leg raise. Basically I had to go into a side plank and with the leg and arm on top, I had to touch my toes. I struggled a bit with the balance on this one but I tried as hard as I could to keep an unmodified side plank. By the third ro... Sun, 24 Feb 2013 19:43:18 EST Tabata? Ta-Bad-A$$ http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5260916 Holy crap face Batman. I am sweating bullets right now. I just did the Body Rock Hiit Tabata workout. I repeated the video 6 times to make the 24 workout moves with a 30 to 5 second ratio. That was a killer workout. I found the side pushup jumps hard. I took out the pushups and just did a slight bend knee jump for most of them. I couldn't outstretch my legs in the jump without falling on the floor. Also, the Ninja tuck jumps would have been a bad idea so I did her suggested modification and d... Sat, 23 Feb 2013 10:35:07 EST Harder, Faster, Stronger http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5257924 So today I did the latest Hiit Lean workout "Play Hard". It was a good workout and I did all 8 rounds. I have been working out with a set of 8lb weights for the last three and a half weeks since I started the Daily Hiit workouts. Today was the first time that I noticed I was getting stronger. The 8 pounds felt remarkably light to me, almost like a set of 3 or 4 pound weights. I found them almost unbearable at the beginning. I had really only used 5 pound weights at maximum. I suppose I wasn't... Wed, 20 Feb 2013 20:10:59 EST So tired http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5254704 So Body rock hasn't uploaded a new video this weekend yet. Possibly due to the long weekend which is ok. I went into the older videos and did The Hiit Body video "Thrift Shop". I must still be tired from yesterday's reps challenge because I was only able to get two rounds of the video done instead of three like Lisa recommended. That's ok. Tomorrow is going to be an active rest day for me so my body can recuperate for a fresh workout on Wednesday.

Here is a pic of my new shoes tha... Mon, 18 Feb 2013 10:43:50 EST Mary's got a brand new pair of shoes! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5253869 Today I did the Hiit Max Reps challenge that was posted recently on Body rock. It took me 45 minutes to do it all and I had to modify a few things. The rounds with three minutes of cardio we bothering my knees at first (I was trying to do high knees) my my ankle and knee joints wanting nothing to do with that so I did a light jog. I set my gymboss timer application for three minutes for those portions and I went for it.

Well the three minutes felt a little long for me to jog in on... Sun, 17 Feb 2013 17:59:00 EST Help! I need new shoes! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5252708 I have worn out the use of my existing Nike running shoes. I got a good year out of them where I ran my first 5K as well as lots of walking.
I am noticing they are causing me some pain. They were uncomfortable when I first bought them because I have a wide foot and the shoe make was a little narrow. I thought that use would stretch them a bit like other shoes I have worn but no dice.
I tried on several pairs of shoes yesterday at the Reebok and Nike stores. I looked at the Adidas ... Sat, 16 Feb 2013 14:19:22 EST BodyRock: 3 weeks in http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5251990 I have to say that I am very impressed with my results so far with the HIIT videos from Bodyrock so far. I have done Jillian and P90X and while both are very good programs in their own right, I feel more satisfied with Bodyrock than I ever was with them. Jillian Michaels' workouts were good, they typically kicked my butt and they weren't too long so they felt manageable. P90X put me in the best shape I had been in in my life after I finished. I did have some left to lose and tone after I was ... Fri, 15 Feb 2013 20:35:02 EST Abs are burning http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5245016 Yesterday I was kind of feeling like garbage. I had a slight headache all day and by evening, I was feeling sick to my stomach. I had already done my bodyrock workout of the day in the morning so last night I didn`t feel guilty for not doing anything. I was thankfully feeling better this morning and I got in a couple of Hiitcore workouts. I did Hot and Fit which was bout 6 minutes and Sweet Nothing which was about 18 minutes. My abs and legs were burning after those workouts.

Now ... Sun, 10 Feb 2013 11:33:37 EST Lime Green Equalizer Envy http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5243965 My cold is still hanging on but I am not wanting it to control my workout schedule. I had a little trouble with wheezing during my HiitReps workout with Sean Light on Body rock but I did all three rounds. I had to modify the side push up thing. I did a lunge instead and I used 8lb dumbbells instead of a sandbag for the workout.

I have done 5 workouts a week for the past two weeks in my quest to build lean muscle and loose excess pounds. I have 10 dollars saved in my $1/workout con... Sat, 9 Feb 2013 12:58:35 EST Can't shake this cold http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5242029 I haven't been feeling the greatest this week. I am getting whatever cold is floating around. I work with children on a daily basis so I am actually surprised I haven't caught anything else this school year. I just have been feeling like a swallowed some sandpaper. I told my boyfriend this morning when he was taking me to work that I felt like a garbage truck. I sounded like one too. AC-DC's Shook me all night long played on the way in and I joked that I didn't even have to make my voice soun... Thu, 7 Feb 2013 19:58:44 EST Sew, a needle pulling thread http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5237898 So this weekend, I made my own "Ugly ball". I have yet to put the filling and weights in it, but it proved to be a simple and inexpensive process. I bought 2 yards of lightweight vinyl from the fabric store and a 14 inch zipper. I then cut out the panels and sewed them together based on the pattern I was using. In order to take the picture to show the ball like shape it will be, I threw some clothes inside. When I properly stuff it, it will have foam and polyfill as well as a small weight and... Mon, 4 Feb 2013 22:04:06 EST Weekly results recap http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5235388 One week in and I am already seeing some results. I think that the kind of HIIT training that is provided on the Bodyrock.tv website is what my body responds to best. I did see results with other programs I have did but you can see the difference from my starting values last Sunday.
Starting weight 194.8 lbs
Current weight 191.2 lbs

Starting percentages:
Body Fat %: 53.6 %
Hydration %: 31.9%
Body Muscle %: 23.0%

Current percentages:
Body ... Sun, 3 Feb 2013 08:32:31 EST HIIT me with your best shot http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5232231 I am very much enjoying these Bodyrock workouts. I have done both Jillian Michaels' videos and P90X and I find the Hiit training style of the Body Rock workouts to be much more intense of a workout (I am literally gasping for breath sometimes) and I feel amazing immediately after. With Jillian and Tony I felt drained and tired right after and sometimes the next day. I find myself only feeling sore if I miss a workout. My off day was Tuesday and I was so sore because I wasn't moving. It's such... Thu, 31 Jan 2013 20:21:22 EST Body Rockin' in the house tonight http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5227713 So today I completed day two of my get back on track workout plans. I have discovered this great workout app for Android that has all these phenomenal (and tough) workout videos FOR FREE!!! It is called bodyrock.tv. I did a "your Shape" workout in the morning on the Wii but I wanted to do a little more tonight after I got home from work.
SO I tried a few workouts on Body rock. I like that I can replay the video if I want more sets of just do the video once. I did the videos once.
... Mon, 28 Jan 2013 20:12:53 EST Get my A.I.G. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5225894 I definitely have to start consistently working out. This every few weeks or so isn't working. I am walking on a daily basis but there doesn't seem to be any progress coming from it. I walk instead of taking transit.

I bought myself a new scale that measures muscle mass, hydration percentage and body fat percentage. I am hoping that this will keep me on track and better see progress. I build muscle and I have a broad skeletal frame so the ideal BMI for my heigt will not make me lo... Sun, 27 Jan 2013 17:11:04 EST Tummy taming http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4919047 Our BR workouts have been put on hold at the moment. Though I haven't completely stopped exercising. I try to get in a good walk every day which isn't hard with mine and my BF's work schedules.
We did start the week 3 workouts. Workout 3 video is a killer. I think I sweat as much as I did at the end of the first and second videos as I did after just the warmup for video 3.
So far, I haven't really lost any pounds but my clothes are fitting better so I believe I am losing inches. Sat, 9 Jun 2012 14:52:19 EST Jillian Michaels BR attempt number 2 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4894858 So My BF and I have re-started the Jillian Body Revolution videos. We did attempt to start the program last month but a lot of things got in the way. With our work schedules and my teacher's college graduation last week, things have been a bit hectic.

So far we have discovered we both really hate the Cardio 1 video that came with BR. We have decided that we are going to swap out the cardio videos for the P90X Kenpo instead. We found that for being the first month's cardio video, c... Wed, 23 May 2012 15:51:02 EST Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Day 2 and Cardio http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4863754 So My BF and I are doing the new Jillian Michaels' workout program. Yesterday we completed workout 2 video for the program. It was a lot easier than the workout 1 video. I think that it was because the workout 2 video is lower body focused and larger muscle groups where the workout 1 video was upper body and smaller muscle groups.

Today we did Cardio 1. By the end of it we both wanted to die. We do this video twice a week for the next three and a half weeks. I think part of the re... Sun, 29 Apr 2012 16:00:35 EST Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Day 1 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4856427 So finally got the new Jillian Michaels workout program. Body Revolution is a great workout. My boyfriend and I did Workout 1 in the program today. It was hard. As always, Jillian had planks in her circuits. As much as I hate doing planks they are going to be worth it in the end. My BF was drenched in sweat after it and it was only a half hour. I figured that starting out with Jillian where the videos are only a half hour is better than going into a round of P90X for an hour.
I feel so ... Sat, 28 Apr 2012 15:49:59 EST Back in the Saddle http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4836283 I need to refocus my workouts and I had success with Sparkpeople in doing this in the past so I am back.
I kind of got myself off track the last little while. I went to and finished teachers college. Since completing school, I have had a lot of time and with my new job, I had a membership to my local YMCA which was great. I had been going every day which to any other person should be good.
Apparently, my body likes the workouts I do on my own over the ones that I could do at the g... Sun, 15 Apr 2012 16:27:02 EST G-Free? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3531536 I have had a busy summer. I worked at a summer camp and I did my best to keep up with my workouts while I was there. I did get a little hard near the end.
I did really good at the beginning of the summer. I did run a week of yoga workouts for moms at the camp during our Mother-daughter camp days. I did a jog on one of the other days. Throughout the rest I did my best to incorporate workouts. As the summer went on it was harder because I was crunched for time with my math assignment and ... Thu, 12 Aug 2010 22:02:08 EST Plyo did me in http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3262763 I did Plyo X for the first time today. I was getting a little bored with cardio x and I wanted to switch things up a bit in this last round. It was an intense workout that's for sure. I am glad I went with the lean program instead of the classic. This was the first video that I couldn't get all the way through. I did a total of 45 minutes including the warm up and cool down. I think there was about 25 minutes left on the timer.

I burnt way more calories doing this than I did on Ca... Fri, 21 May 2010 22:18:37 EST Wrote off this week... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3233819 I have been kind of M.I.A. this week. I haven't really been doing my workouts. I have some personal issues going on this week. A friend of mine went into ICU on Monday.
I have been doing my Wii fit but I have not done any proper workouts. I just can not get my head into doing anything this week.

I hope to be back to my regular workout schedule next week.
Until then, Happy sparking. Sat, 15 May 2010 23:27:44 EST MY Wii FIT CAME!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3220038 I am so excited. The Wii fit that I had a raincheck for at Zellers came in today. I got the raincheck back in January. I am so pumped. I tried it out a little tonight before Glee came on.

I am going to work on it a little more. I don't like that it shows my weight in KGs. I don't understand Kgs like I do pounds. Measurement and math in general is not my strong point. I kind of had to look up the conversion online because when it was asking for my height I kind of went blank.
... Tue, 11 May 2010 21:53:25 EST Measurement check in post: then and now! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3208241 I haven't really done a measurement check in post in a while so I thought I would do one comparing my measurements now and my measurements in January before I do my last round of P90X. The difference is quite significant.

Starting measurements (January 2010):
Start weight: 170 lbs
Waist: 35 inches (did shoot up to 39 first week so I am going to go with that number)
Hips: 39 inches
Neck: 14 inches
Right calf: 15.75 inches
Left calf: 15.75 inches <... Sat, 8 May 2010 14:23:07 EST Summer clothes are here to stay! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3197581 So I am in recovery week. Sunday I was supposed to do Yoga X. I was lazy and admittedly I didn't do it. Bad.
Well the last two days I did a level each of Jillian's Yoga Meltdown. I think that this video is a good thing to have on days that I just don't want to workout. It is short and it is yoga so I don't feel the time crunch on days I work from early morning to late night. Today it is beautiful out so I am doing laundry and math. I will do my workout tonight. I am either going to do c... Wed, 5 May 2010 12:40:33 EST Looking forward to the crazy days of summer. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3180936 SO I have pretty much made it through week 7 of this P90X journey I am on. I was tired today so I made today my rest day for the week and I'm going to do my Kenpo tomorrow. Then I have my second recovery week. I can't believe I am already halfway done my 90 days! That is really exciting to me.

I will be doing my P90X a little longer into my first week at camp but It will be worth it for sure. That last week is my last recovery week of the program anyway so I am not too worried. I ... Fri, 30 Apr 2010 23:14:09 EST Modification is good. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3175140 I am going to do my workout. I just decided that today I will do my workout after I get home from work today at 9. I just really don't want to get into the workout when I'd have to feel rushed to finish so I can get ready for work in time.

I have legs and back and ab ripper for today. I am doing day 47's workout though technically I should be on day 51 but I needed a break last week. It gave me time to re structure my workouts and figure out what worked best for me. Working out is... Thu, 29 Apr 2010 12:20:55 EST Yoga X, It was nice knowing you. Jillian kicked your butt http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3173421 SO today I worked at the school. I walked home form the school. It takes me about an hour to walk home from there so it is a good exercise. I was plannin gon checking out a new (I think) store that is down the road from my house but by the time I got home I kind of felt like staying.

Since I took the time off last week my workout for today was Yoga X. I just fing that yoga video to be way too long for a yoga workout. An hour is a good length but an hour and a half is way too much.... Wed, 28 Apr 2010 23:35:23 EST
