I've pretty much have stayed the same weight this winter. <BR> I am so over this weather. <em>24</em> I can not wait to get outside. Who has ever even heard the term polar vortex before this year?? My goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of March. <em>440</em> <BR> <BR> I have lost 30 lbs and kept it off for the last 12 months. Every 4th of July my kids and I run the local Starz and stripes 5K. This year I did it in 32 minutes. I think my time last year was 43 minutes (?) who knew losing 30 pounds would make you run faster <em>211</em> . The crock pot was clearly invented by a busy person. One a week I spend 3-4 hours in the kitchen chopping/ prepping item so that we can have nice dinner. I hate how many time you need to touch each item.
