I have had a major slip back on my weight loss journey.. this last friday I had a whole medium pizza to myself and then on Monday I had half of a medium pizza to myself.. then yesterday I had mcdonalds.. not to mention I only worked out once this week.. So I am pretty sure that I have gained back some of the weight that I worked so hard to lose :( I keep saying that tomorrow I will go to the gym but in this case tomorrow doesn't seem to be getting... I suppose i will have to do some working out here around the house.. which never really works... So even though my weigh in day is not untill the 31st I took him with me to the doctors office and we both weighed in.. I lost another 7 pounds which brings me to a total of 15 pounds.. woot woot.. very excited especially since I went over the goal for the month.. my nutritionist said 4-6 lbs for the month.. I went to the gym yesterday and the day before.. and plan on going on a long walk today.. I meet with my nutritionist the other day and he gave me some very interesting tips that should help me along the way.. I am just elated about the weight loss.. the doc said I should shoot for 2-6 more lbs to be gone by the 31st so hopefully I can achieve that goal... I did an hour on the treadmill.. I have never gone that long without taking a break somewhere in the middle, but today one full hour without stopping. I even pushed myself and got up to 3.0 mph for little bit that was awesome. I am happy to say that I have been to the gym everyday this week doing that exact plan. I have been kicking some butt I tell ya what. When I started at the gym a couple months ago I did 15 minutes on the treadmill and I had to stop a few times during that 15 minutes. When I was done with that 15 minutes I felt like I was gonna die. Well now I do around 40 minutes of treadmill I have added weight training into the whole pic... I worked out for a whole hour today which is definitely a big step for me considering that I was only doing about 15- 30 minute workouts before..
