I am thinking maybe by summer I will be able to go out in public in a bathing suit that does not look like my grandma's. LOL. But now is were I am going to need to step it up with my fitness, and add more weights and strength training. I try not to eat before the weigh in on Friday. I am not sure if that is a mistake or a benefit. I know some of the weight is my clothes, but could I be retaining water because I have not drank or eaten anything? I did stay within my calorie range, but dinner was not a healthy dinner (chili with beans and corn tortillas). I did get my excercise in at the gym which was good.
