Need to try and eat more after checking out my intake of calories. Nice day today but could be hot plan for the gym around mid morning and I think I might start on free weights as well, was going to keep that for when I got stuck on a certain weight so not sure. Just do 800 calories on the treadmill first maybe there will be no steam left in me to do the free weights! I also have gotten off my beta blockers and have no trouble with my heart, actually my heart rate is low. On the treadmill today with a incline of 8 and speed at 3.5 it was only 130 that is really good. Sam I deserve a goodie on my SP for this so where is it!! I am going to half my pill to see what happens if I do get into trouble I can always go back to a full pill, anyway its only 5 grams. I am not going to think about it just keep on track because I have lost 5 lbs since I started. If I keep ...
