Tue, 18 Nov 2014 01:16:10 EST Checking in Today Haven't been going to the gym in the last 5 days since my baby has been sick but he is doing better so I didn't workout for two days then I did a bit of cardio over the weekend via videos and jump rope. Today I finished up about 30 minutes of a circuit style training so a min for each. I started with jumping jacks, ski jumps, push-ups, sit-ups, planks, lunges, cobras, squats, and a hip raise. Today I had a screening for my health insurance at work and they tested my cholesterol and glucose and blood pressure and the dreaded weight and bmi. So I decided I really should write a blog since it has been awwhiiilleee :) <BR> <BR> Calories are going good I have been able to stay under for the week so far so I am proud of myself :D I have been keeping up with the exercise..slacking in strength training still..BUT I am going to kick myself in the behind and make sure I getter done today! When I started in May I tracked my measurements and the 1 minute fitness test for crunches and push-ups.
