Today is Day 8. Although I was hesitant to try it, I thought I would give it a shot and see how I feel and how it goes. Still not finished reading the Atkins book I just bought yesterday. (I am making mistakes though... not supposed to have milk in the first phase!) Did not stay for the meeting cause I was having company and had many errands to do. I was not surprised that I had gained but I was gradually starting to eat a little more than I should have plus I did not walk as much this past week. However, I am glad that it was just a little over one pound! <BR> <BR> I did walk yesterday a.m. and I just got back from my walk/jog now. Getting it out of the way in the a.m. seems to work for...
