As soon as I picked up the first barball my head started pounding. I decided I couldn't quit so I finished my sets and managed to do as much ab work as my head could stand. Wed, 3 Oct 2012 14:24:36 EST Now I Have A Goal When I signed up for Spark, I was sort of desperate. In need of a tool. Turns out I was just as off the rails as ever and didn't log back in once in the month of September. I just signed up for the North Face 10k Trail Race which is December 2nd, So that means I have two months to train and trim the fat. It will be much easier lugging 155 lbs instead of 168 up those Marin County hills. <BR> <BR> So yes, I am at a lovely 168 lbs. Frightening. My natural range is between 155-162 and her...
