We have had one thing after another go wrong with our house and appliances. yesterday i was super stressed and I was making cookies with my ladies at work. I do recreation at a nursing home for those who dont know. In the past if I was stressed or not I would hae eaten so much of that cookie dough its a major weakness of mine. but instead I didnt have any. This was a huge victory for me Thu, 7 Mar 2013 11:37:38 EST do I need encouragement I would say yes who doesn't need encouragement? I love when people leave me nice messages and encouraging words. sometimes it helps u get through a tough day or lifts your spirits when you are down. When I was injured for 4 months I had so many nice words sent to me telling me not to give up and to stay positive and find other things to do until my leg healed. those words helped me get through a really tough time!!!! Tue, 5 Mar 2013 08:02:18 EST how I encourage myself and maintain my goals the way I do this is by surrounding myself with super positive people. It starts at home with my wife and we run together and eat healthy together. If I am down she picks me up. Also I use sparkpeople I read articles read peoples blogs and get tons of support from friends on here. I find Spark an amazing tool and so glad I came across it Mon, 4 Mar 2013 07:16:00 EST How I will improve my new habit the habit I wanted to improve on is tracking my calories the ways I will do that is to try and track after each meal and to help with that I got the SP app so I can do it even if I am not at home Sun, 3 Mar 2013 09:08:31 EST habit I need to improve on I really want to work on tracking calories better. when I track them everyday for the week I am very successful. so I will try and keep that up Sat, 2 Mar 2013 12:26:34 EST 5% winter challenge my goals are simple to maintain what I am doing.
