Sat, 15 Jun 2013 20:24:01 EST Couch to 5k I started running this week. I ran two days because Monday was a holiday and so I ran on Tuesday and Thursday. I will start a Monday, Wednesday and Friday Schedule next week. <BR> <BR> Some things I learned this week are.
