I did at least 20 minutes of exercise everyday except Wednesday! Food intake is getting better, I am doing good with fruits, but veggies are still a struggle for me. The only veggie I ate this week was lettuce on a few sandwiches and salad with tomatoes. These veggies can get pricey and they go bad in a few days but I'm gonna try harder to work my way up to 3-5 veggies a day! I had spinach in a salad last week from a salad bar at the res... I only walked 3 days last week and as you know didn't keep good eating habits over the weekend. Therefore I was challenged today with my food choices.
