One of my family friends has a sister who struggled with her weight all through high school. Then, during the summer after she graduated, she took up running and jump roping all throughout the summer, which is how she ended up getting down to a healthy weight. <BR> <BR> I'm not much of a runner, but basically I've been going to the gym to run on the elliptical for 30 minutes everyday with my mom and sister.
