If I was at goal in December, why am I active now and looking to drop another 10-15 pounds? What did I do wrong to take me from "at goal" to active again? NOTHING! I was 151 when I saw my Dr in December. I was wearing sz 4 jeans and sz 10/12 dresses. Yes I was up to 157 a few weeks ago after carb loading for my HM. Totally normal and acceptable. That is not the reason I went back to active status. Right now I am roughly 152. I'm still in sz 4 jeans and sz 10/12 dresses... Tue, 13 May 2014 13:20:16 EST CRASH! I am totally amazed at how quickly my body is responding to the challenges I'm throwing at it! Today was a day full of achievements. <BR> <BR> First, I bit the bullet and tackled the weather for my run. I was only scheduled to do 3 miles but I was feeling so good, I decided to do five. Just nine days ago I tackled and nailed my first non stop five mile run of the season, after only being back at it for a week. I took a four month break and focused on ST and flexibility instead. I've been a distance runner since 2011 but aside from some initial WL, it didn't do the trick to get me to goal. But I loved running HMs. I loved challenging myself by adding miles. I mentioned before that hitting a normal BMI made me complacent. I found myself in my old pattern of "I've reached a goal I didn't think I could, so now I can relax a bit." Wed, 2 Mar 2011 10:07:16 EST BLC15 SIX WEEK PROGRESS REPORT I have been with the BLC since Round 10 and this is by far my best round ever! In six weeks I've dropped 10.2 pounds and sixteen inches!! Five of those inches came directly off my waist! WOOHOO!! In fact the only place I gained in inches was my calf muscle, which is 1/2" larger than it was six weeks ago.
