We had a relaxing time away from home and enjoyed the good things in life, like food and drink! We did walk about 3 miles every day! (Much against my sisters wishes!) <BR> <BR> Came home only 2 pounds up with a new goal in mind. For the next three months, I am going to incorporate more strength training and focus on building muscle and minimizing me belly fat. Confident and strong and HEALTHY! Eventhough when I started this new journey on January 9th, I set my first goal to be 25 pounds lighter before April 19th (my 36th birthday!). I am 5 pounds away and with only 2 days to go, realize this will not be a possibility, however i am THRILLED!!! I am down 20 pounds in just over 3 months and I have never felt better.
