I'm ready to get off this roller coaster. After two weeks of not being able to jog, I have found that it is the glue that holds together my lifestyle. How does someone gain 8 lbs in two weeks? Not being able to run made me lose all motivation. I've done better today and I'm okay to go run tonight, but I'm just thinking, what is going to happen next that leads to a nice round of self sabotage? I was down to 169 and now I'm back up to 177.
