I sat there for quite a while (25 mins) and the rain stopped and started a few times. I drove away and saw the prettiest rainbow arcing across the sky. I stopped to take a pic of it for my facebook page and noticed the rain had stopped. I turned around and went back, got my 30 mins and a cool down done and missed the rain. I am losing steadily and I feel great!!! I am adding squats, and an arm-weight workout to sculpt my arms and lower body. I will do this 2x a week for 30 mins.
