First, I developed a knot in my back when I was working out on Wednesday. It is PAINFUL. I got my kettlebell in the mail and it hurt to even pick it up. So between that and my father in law wanting to take us to dinner, I decided to take a rest day. <BR> <BR> I overate and overdrank at dinner last night... Last year I went to my doc and asked her to change my birth control prescription to make me only have 4 cycles a year. I was getting so tired every month and skipping workouts. I didn't want that anymore. So, here I am... not having to deal with it every month, but for the first time in my life having to deal with cramps every 3 months... It just got too late and I didn't have the time/energy.
