But it was my own dang fault. I couldn't get out of my own head, and I felt so weak because it's been so long since I've been to a yoga class. I was feeling fat and looking in the mirror while doing those poses didn't help. But I made it and I'm proud of myself for that. I also got in 15 minutes of walking before the class. Well, I'm so excited to report that on Friday I finally weighed in below 170lbs! I have been stuck right above 170 for weeks. I finally got through that plateau! And for my NSV, I am able to fit into an old pair of jeans! I had to buy a new pair of jeans a couple months ago because I was spilling out of my jeans and just felt gross. It should have been our 7th, but there was a scheduling error so we didn't get a session last Tuesday. I was actually totally okay with that because I've been recovering from a pretty bad head cold.
