When my stress level is bad enough, I start losing my balance and bouncing off walls. If it keeps going, I can trigger an MS relapse. <BR> <BR> Sounds easy enough. Keep stress under wraps. Sometimes I do that so well, that I bury it and it comes out as sleep problems or nightmares. <BR> <BR... Back in the fall, I was honored to be 1 of 50 SPer to be on The Spark Book Pilot Team a few months before "The Spark" was released. We actually worked through the book with SparkGuy Chris Downy & the SP staff.
