Tue, 6 Aug 2013 21:27:57 EST My Focus T25 Review Today was Day 2, Week 2 of Shaun T's Focus T25 workout. I have done Insanity off and on for over 2 years. While I really like that workout and the results it gave me, I LOVE this workout. It is a tough 25 minute workout. <BR> <BR> There are 2 phases - Alpha and Beta - both are 5 weeks long. The 25 minute workouts are scheduled 5 days a week - Friday there are 2 workouts scheduled.
