One reason is my YMCA has a summer program that offers free lunch to kids Mon-Fri from 11a-1p. Also, the Y offers 2 hours a day of free child care. How can I not exercise?! So I have been trying a lot of new exercise classes and enjoying some swim time with my little one. When we return,my toddler sleeps for 3 hours too. I have been pushing her stroller for my after dinner walk. We started with 10 minutes at the beginning of the Spring Challenge... My arms are much stronger - increased strength by 23 pounds. This is the best I have felt in a year since my work accident. About 8 years ago I became sensitive to any store bought dressing/condiments. I started experimenting & making my own. Now it's a crazy hobby because they turn out soooo tasty. Wed, 12 Jun 2013 19:14:10 EST Kids make the walk fun - easy 50 minutes My 8 year old & I, headed out with his little sister in the stroller. We hit the park early & enjoyed the water pads all to ourselves. We even borrowed grandma's dog for the walk. What a sweet way to start the day - everyone was so happy on the walk. Great Mother's Day! <BR> <BR> Oh ya ... & I slept in my walking clothes so we could spring out the door without a second thought!
