Not to be confused with anything close to being anorexic. But when things are hard, or I'm in "the zone" for a task at hand, I frequently skip eating, or only eat whatever the most handy snack is (usually cheese) <BR> <BR> Does that count? Sleep is just... so... nice... especially in the mornings. I'd soooo much rather get up, dressed and out the door in 15 minutes than make myself get up. I've not been consistent with exercise since last entry, but I made myself get back out there again. The nice thing is that I DON'T feel like I'm starting over. I have better endurance and ability since I started from scratch 2 months ago. I am walking with a friend tonight, and then I'll do day #2 tomorrow. Wed, 13 Oct 2010 13:02:09 EST Water weight It's funny that I never feel "bloated" at the end of my cycle, but apparently I retain quite a bit of water, because the weigh-in after my new cycle starts is always quite dramatic compared to the rest of the month. He's a big encouragement. Hubby got me a blanket (bless him!), but not before I'd woken up hourly from midnight to 5. I'm doing well with eating healthy, balanced, serving-size appropriate foods and with exercising, but they think I should have lost a few more pounds by now. :-( Either twisting my ankle set me back a LOT farther than I thought, or I just hang onto weight more than other people. <BR> <BR> I changed my settings to get 15 min of cardio in every day but Sunday, rather than 30 min 3x a week. I really just want the 3 spark points per day! ;-) <BR> <BR> Today I woke up a bit late so I walked for 25 minutes instead of 30. My shoes (backless) are rubbing the bottoms of my heel.
