I took my computer to FL but was too busy with fun and fitness to get it out of the bag! I was so anxious to get them since I have been on target for the past few months with my fitness and eating. But, cholesterol was not DOWN... no, no, no, it was up by about 19 pts. I was so bummed. <BR> I have read all the things to eat and not eat and I AM grateful the doctor just prescribed fish oil and not meds just yet. He WAS pleased my A1c was still perfect and affirms no medication needed for the Type II Diabet...
