Even though I enjoyed my trip & felt pretty, once I saw my pictures I realized How I saw my self in my head was not how I looked on the outside. I want to look & feel like "me". I finally went to doctors and they tested my thyroid & after a month or so my body readjusted and its no longer a up hill battle! Exercise pays off! So I watched a show called "My diet is better then yours." I took diet tips from all 5 diets and noticed they all said carbs are an enemy and eat when needed. ... So they think it's my thyroid but the meds aren't working,hopefully they change my dosage or give me another solution. I miss having energy. :( <BR> <BR> On That note. It was freezing outside so when i went for a jog it helped me because I didn't over heat. I didn't do any strength training today cause my body is super sore from yesterday. I'm more confident,I don't feel bloated where my jeans won't fit,I don't lack energy due to over eating or eating poorly and I'm actually motivated to exercise. I can pull up work outs on my phone, I get started. Weehoo! I started a 20 minute work out but broke it up in two parts. Mon, 4 Feb 2013 01:29:11 EST Healthy alternative to Coffee Never thought I would say this but I actually found a coffee replacement! I ran out of coffee and I have tons of tea. I love love love the taste of coffee,it's not the caffeine I'm out to get it's the taste. Well, I had a Bangle Spice Tea and I poured some Hazelnut Creamer in it and OMG it was extremely Delicious!
